This place is small but what a great staff? The owner is phenomenal and goes over and above to fix the issue correctly at unbelievable low prices. I will be going back and no where else. The owner Judd is a great guy... I recommend this place to everyone!!

"Work is always done right the first time" is a joke. Back in about mid/late 2020 my partner and I took our car there because he was recommended by a family friend. Our car wasn't shifting right on the freeway and would randomly turn off at times. We gave a very detailed explanation of what was happening with our car. The FIRST time we dropped it off (I say first cause we ended up taking it back another 2-3 times) he said he had fixed the problem and we were good to go. Not even a week later the same exact issues were happening, so idk what exactly he fixed on it the first time that he was confident enough to tell us the car was back up and running normal again. We took it back a second time and ended up leaving the car at his shop for a couple of days. Once again, we go to pick up the car and pay the guy for whatever he fixed the second time, which was something different than the first time anyway. Fast forward to a little less than 2 weeks after getting the car back and once again.... the SAME thing happened on the same day we had just picked it up from there. At this point the car wouldn't even start back up at all to drive it back to his shop, and we had exhausted our yearly amount of tows from AAA. My partner gave the shop a call to let them know our car had just broken down again hours after picking it up from his shop and we weren't sure what to do. They said he would give us a call back soon when he had the time to do so. While we were just sitting in the car with it broken down on the side of the road my partner sent him a text explaining what had happened and asked if he had any options or tips for us to figure out how to get the car back to his shop. Obviously we were a bit upset that the car wasn't getting the appropriate maintenance on it that it needed and we had paid a nice chunk of change to have him fix whatever he was supposedly supposed to fix in the car. The text we had sent him wasn't hostile or rude in any way, it was just a text explaining for the 3rd time how the car was functioning and what it was doing before it would break down. A bit of time went by and we still never received a call back, but what we did receive from him instead was a very VERY rude text back. Long story short, he verbatim told us to "Go f*ck yourselves, don't bring your car back to my shop and take it somewhere else" along with even more choice of words that took us by total surprise and was honestly baffling. Never in my life has something like that happened to me or my partner before and to this day we're still very hurt and upset by it especially because he was recommended to us by someone we're extremely close with. Oh, and the cherry on top is the fact that he got recommended to us after my partners father passed away because most of the time when 2 young girls who know nothing about cars go to a mechanic some like to pull some shady stuff just to get more money or something off of you. Since my partners father wasn't around we no longer had a male figure to come with us to a mechanic to make sure we don't get ripped off, and this guy was recommended because he knew my partners father and he knew he had passed away and we wanted to go to someone we thought we could trust. As of the car, we ended up having to get it towed back to our apartments where it sat broken down for a few months because we didn't have anymore money to put into fixing it because it all went to this shop instead. So we ended up selling it to someone dirt cheap and basically lost out on a lot of money that we had put into it at this place. I know this is a long review, but I needed to get this full story out here because the behavior was just super appalling and uncalled for. I hope whatever personal issues he may have been going through at the time is well behind him... or maybe he is just that kind of person. Either way, I'd rather run my car into a pole and total it before I ever step foot near this shop again. Hope others don't have to experience what I went thr

I called Judd that I needed my ac fix. Knowing that it's most likely my ac compressor & I didn't want to pay $1200+, Judd was able to get me a reasonable price for the next day. Everything went great except for communication. I'd wish he communicate better, letting me know that he was having issues with delivery. As a customer, I expected my car to be finish on the expected day that was given. Because of issues with delivery, he wasn't able to fix my car the next day as promised. Judd stated if he doesn't receive the compressor by 4pm he will go out his ways and buy the compressor. He even offered to rent a car for me and willingly let me use one of his car but I denied his kind offer. On the 3rd day, he receive the compressor and got it fix. My ac is now cold and working because of judd. Despite the communication and time, everything went well. Thanks Judd for your time and patience!
