The technician is extremely awesome and is very helpful, unlike the lady at the front desk, who stole my 50 deposit. I definitely will be going back to clear this up but I highly recommend this place

Way to expensive charged me 250$ on a rear motor I didn't need the overall price was 530$ for a repair. Headlight not working.. the lady who worked there had no idea what she was talking about she had no knowledge about the repairmono's. She would not give me my scooter unless it was paid for. Ridiculous. I had to dispute these outrageous charges with my bank charged me a labor fee per item you guys did and then a service fee on top of that money grabby mofo's. I have pictures of how my scooter broke handle bars came un done. The tail light broke off supposedly it was metal it broke i have to fingure out how to post pictures. I want 100% refund I'm not okay with this

Took my Gotrax scooter to get the back tire flat repaired and left with two under-flated tires, loosened breaks, and a faulty scooter light. The workers left my scooter in a dangerous condition because they loosened my breaks for no apparent reason. This business is a SCAM, they took my money and messed my scooter up in the end. Had to get my scooter fixed from a family member not even a month later. Do not take anything to this business.

Terrible experience with this store. Ordered a charger and they sent me the wrong one(it wasnt even close to the same model). Customer service is really bad. Spoke to John who was very unprofessional and he wanted me to send the wrong item back and then after they inspect it they will send me what I actually Ordered. He made me feel like it was my fault i received the wrong product. Order at your own risk.

I would definitely avoid this store.
I ordered a scooter on May 9, 2024, and after not hearing from them for a while, I emailed them to confirm, but they ignored me.
On the 20th, the store informed me that it had been shipped, but when I contacted DHL, it had not actually been shipped.
I contacted the store several times to inquire about the status of the order, but they ignored all my inquiries.
I gave up and bought the scooter from another store and got it right away.
I contacted them to cancel the order because I already had it, they told me that they could not cancel the order because it had already been shipped on June 11.
I contacted them to ask for a refund so I could return it, but they ignored me again.
I don't want to get into any more trouble, so I have no choice but to accept the item.
I have read other google reviews saying that they are a small store, but I don't think that is a reason for not responding to emails.
Very disappointing store.
