Ordered 1 set of scooter bars. 3 days after with no shipping notification I sent an inquiry email that was ignored. 2 days after another inquiry email was ignored. Finally after the 3rd inquiry I got a reply saying they were going to ship them that day and it would be another 8-11 days before I got my order. No apology or even acknowledgement of making me have to wait 2 weeks for an +$80 item. I ordered 8 parts from Rideminded the same day I placed my order with Alpha and 7 of the 8 items arrived the day Alpha finally shipped my 1 item. And when Rideminded realized they forgot a $20 headset they apologized, expedited it and threw in free griptape. That's how customer service works.

I own a small trucking company. Been tossing around the idea of buying an electric scooter for a bit, to get around when waiting to load, or when getting my trucks serviced. My truck needed repaired in Fresno, so I thought this would be a great time to pick one up.I went into the store not knowing much about electric scooters, other than the handful of ones you can rent in bigger cities.Diane was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She showed me a few different options of what they had in store. I ultimately ended up buying a refurbished Mantis 8.I was extremely pleased with both the scooter, and the staff. If I lived in the area, I would definitely continue business with them.

Staff are super helpful and seem to care more about their customers rather than just about sales. I needed my tires on my escooter (Qiewa Q-Power 2) repaired/replaced, and at no point did I ever feel staff tried to pressure me to buy something I didn't need. They genuinely cared to help my situation out and educated me on my situation. Ultimately I needed my front tire replaced, the staff named Joe helped me select the install of an off-road self-sealing tire, reasonably priced for the tire and labor. With this high level of customer focus care I highly recommend anyone to come to this store for any escooter needs.

I have nothing but positive things about this store. The staff is amazing, my 12 year old son saved his money to go to the store, they didn’t try to up sell anything to him. The staff taught him and answered all his questions. They had a great selection of parts in the store, but helped my son look up items in the warehouse. The whole thing has been a great experience. We look forward to going back and I highly recommend ordering from them. Fast shipping, great selection, amazing staff!

Each tire had a problem i wanted fixed. They forgot one and charged me more, and the other didn't get fixed. Thrice they told me it was ready and were wrong every time.

Have been researching scooters for weeks. Finally found a good price on one that was the size I needed, super excited to complete the order… only for it to be cancelled at 3am with no explanation as to why. I have messaged them twice now.. no response. They have also removed that particular scooter from the website within the last hour now as well so I know someone is actively trying to fix their mistake. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement… I won’t be ordering from here again. Keep up with your stock better if it's going to be a problem because now I am out of that money until they issue the refund. I am on the east coast so maybe they will respond once they open (site says 11am PST) but from other reviews stating they have communication issues- who knows.I’d recommend going elsewhere at this time. Will change review if I get an explanation and it seems reasonable.

My boyfriend ordered scooter bars, grips, and grip tape on September 7th. When tracking it had said shipping 5-7 days well 7 days go by and nothing so I call and they tell me that the tracking number was wrong but they had changed the reason we had not received it twice before coming up with that excuse. I sent them many emails and have received one email back. While on the phone with one of their employees they said that it would have been here mid week “Wednesday” of last week and still no package. I have yet tried to email them once again and nothing which leads to believe that the package wasn’t sent out I understand that this is a small business and mistakes are made but it would have been better to have been told that a mistakes was made rather than lied to it is now September 24th and still no package with tracking saying that it is still in California.

Avoid this shop at all costs. The kid who started it is a con artist. He has minimal skill with scooters and gladly rips off families. He hides fees all over the place and adds hidden costs that he refuses to itemize. If that isn’t bad enough, he can’t build a scooter to save his life. I’ve personally seen 3 scooters he built fail resulting in injury. I’ve never seen one stay intact. Run away!I’m regards to the owners response. I hope that is true. But, I have to stay anonymous because the owner and staff have threatened me. This kid built the business with hustle and that is awesome. But, he still lacks the maturity and ethics he needs. I’m shocked he hasn’t been sued out of business yet.

John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went through every shop in the greater Bay Area to shop for our scooter and he made it worth the 2 and a half hour trip to Clovis. This store and it's amazing employees are simply the best. They Price match and if you ever have any issues they do everything they can to help out. My son had his scooter stolen less than a month after I purchased it. They gave me a really deep discount towards the purchase of a new one. They assemble them for free. Really just a great business. I recently took 3 electric scooters in for repair here and I must say, my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the guy worked with me patiently and I told him I needed the scooters by 5/17 for my kid's birthday, but the parts didn't arrive until the 18th. All 3 scooters were done and working the same day the parts arrived! They are knowledgeable and efficient in scooter issues and repair. I got a fair estimate for the repair too. I couldn't have asked for better service.I would highly recommend this scooter shop to anyone in need of repairs. Their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service truly deserve 5 stars!

Update on my review and the "owners response". To recap...they never sent me my order and Matt from their "chat" told me to relax! LOL WOW...Now the owner has sent me a separate email asking for my side of the story however he responds on google saying I have the wrong compay. He said that they don't sell Kendamas and that if I was sure I had the right place. My suggestion for you Mr. Owner is to just admit you guys messed up but instead you lie. Of course it was you guys! Where else would I get the link to chat via my order notification I received 5 weeks ago when I put an order in and never heard anything back. ALSO WHY DID YOU REFUND ME MY MONEY. Nice try! Watch you backs everyone! These people are shady! IF you would just admit it that is more respectful instead of lying!
