The store is big and bullies customers! You might as well just charge for a tire repair. You call it a tire repair if you just randomly make a hole for free? It goes in the same way and comes out the same way! There's even an extra hole!

We went there to get the tire rotated and the technician check the tires and said they can do it. We waited for almost an hour and then the technician that would rotate the tire told.us he can't do it because the inside of the front tire was worn out to which we told them that and they said they can do it. We wasted 1 hour waiting for nothing. They just want you to buy new tires that's it. Would not go back there again.

This is a good place for tires they also offer protection plans for your tires if they don't have the tires you need they can order them for you no problem.

Horrible experience!!! I always take my personal vheicals as well as both of my company trucks to the clovis location and I have never once had a problem!!! I called them today and asked about getting some tires put on my 2024 tacoma and a alignment and unfortunately the clovis location does not do alignments so they referred me to this location. I drove 45min down to this location and paid in full and waited only to find out the tires were installed and they were unable to align my truck due to a lack of software???? So new lift on truck and new tires but no alignment so the tires can get destroyed????? I told the guy I would never of paid them to install my tires had they told me there unable to align my vehicle. Moral of the story is DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!

Was going to have 2 new tires installed and an alignment done. The tires took a day longer to be delivered than estimated but I came in that same day, they had me pay for everything right away, then took my car into the shop right after. Then the shop guy came to tell me they could only put 1 tire on because the other had a cross threaded bolt and another one was previously broke off. They don't have the tools to deal with cross threaded bolts so they said I had to find somewhere else to get that fixed then come back for the 2nd tire to be installed (since I had already paid for it to be done) They also after payment put in a $60 tire pressure sensor. So I left that day with the alignment done, one tire installed with a new sensor, my other new tire still there. A couple days later went to Les Schwab to get the bolts fixed before coming back for my second tire. Overall it was weird to pay up front, I guess it's a way to not give up business but it felt like my tire was held captive. Funny while I was there I heard them telling someone else the exact same thing about go somewhere else for a cross threaded bolt then come back. This place is good if no issues come up. They were fast which I appreciated and it seems like they did a good job with the alignment but it was too much hassle, next time I'll go somewhere that can get the whole job done and I pay when the job is done. Oh and to top it off they put me in the computer as Kevin Koffman- I don't know where that came from at all but I have emails saying thank you Kevin Koffman.. and the guy at the end walked in with my key and said Kevin

One of the TPMS sensors failed three days after an employee disturbed it by changing the gasket. Coincidence? Not after filling the wrong amount of air in the tires and balancing tires while leaving on old weights on two of the wheels!

Came to get 2 tires put on that I ordered online. While waiting on my car to get pulled in, I witnessed 2 other customers arrive after me but got their vehicles worked on before me. Didn’t say anything but I’m pretty sure I’ll NEVER come back

I called this location spoke with Juan about price matching a local competitor. He asked who it was and what the price was. I informed him of the business and he said sure we can match that. Confirmed the out the door price and made the appointment for the next day. Called back to make sure about the order and spoke with Jeremy. Confirmed the price and time. Seemed pretty easy. The following day they call my wife at work telling her that the tires are in. I proceed over and wait in the front for about eight minutes for someone to come out. I tell him I spoke with Juan and Jeremy the day before and that I was there for the tires. They pull up my account and the price match isn't there. They then tell me a quote three hundred dollars more then I was quoted. I say there is a mistake. They then say do you have a screen shot. I said Juan never told me I needed one. Now while we were discussing price the previous day Juan told me he needed to verify with his manager in the tire bays about the pricing and placed me on hold. Now today Juan isn't there but Jeremy was. He comes out and again asks for the screen shot. I say again I didn't have one but could pull it up. I then tell him Juan never informed me that I needed one. He says he was standing there for the entire call and remembers Juan telling me multiple times for the screen shot. I then point out that he was in the tire bays when I first called and I spoke with him directly the second time. I even told him about the pricing quote provided by Juan. He says that I never spoke to him about this. I then see that he is a liar and ask for the area manager as I see that he is bate and switching the pricing. He tells me that I will never get his regional managers contact information! I teh. Call another location and get the regional managers number without any issues. Then proceed to call him in front of this liar. He was not happy to say the least. If you deal with these liars at this location make sure you get your quotes in writing!!!!

I was impressed how big, clean and spacious this tire stores was. It's very different than the Clovis location. The customer service was excellent. I was surprised when I was told that my tire pressure "fault" was due to old sensors when it actually turned out to be a reconnection issue. I will downgrade my review if I come out of there with under/over inflated tires after my rotation though. This keeps happening at the Clovis location.

Above and beyond customer service. Had a flat, walked in at 1:10pm and out at 1:40pm. They repaired the tire, and suggested a rotation based on the tread, free of charge. And then courteously checked and replaced my wipers right before a rainy weekend which I did not even realize I needed. A reliable tire place right around the block with exceptional customer service... what more can you ask for?

Incredible Incredible Service! Kyle and his whole team were incredible, I gave them a call at 2:30pm and by 3:00pm we had an appointment and was out by 3:30pm it was quick and efficient service thank you for being so kind, genuine and welcoming!
