“If you are looking for a great place, Cedar apartments is worth checking out. This is my fiancé and I’s first apartment and we lucked out. Management is great! If we ever have an issue with our place maintenance is quick to come. The apartment itself is clean and well kept. The area is very nice too as there are lots of shopping centers and restaurants. Everyone who resides here seems nice and peaceful. I have loved my experience living here this far.”

“So far I am having a good experience! They are pricier and their one bedroom apartments are not the greatest but their 2 bed 2 bath units are very nice. The manager there is supper nice , hard to get ahold of by the office phone but she always answers her emails pretty quickly. I think the phone issue is due to her being the only manager and on-site person there. The way they go about things so far is way better than other experiences I've had at other apartments. Also it's in a very nice area of Clovis and it's gated and single story with washer and dryer in unit is all pluses!!”

“My wife and I have lived here for a year and a half with our newborn son. The complex is very clean and quiet. We spend a lot of time outside with our kid and we always feel safe. Management is EXCELLENT and has gone above and beyond for us the few times we've needed help. We can confidently recommend The Lexington to anyone interested!”

“It was very unnerving moving from a house in a quiet isolated neighborhood to an apartment but I honestly could not be happier with my new life! The entire experience was seamless. From exploring the website to meeting the ladies in the rental office, to the application process then move in, it was all without disappointment.

The residents are quiet and respectful. Even on weekends there are no loud parties or vehicles driving through with loud music. If I had not already met my neighbors, I would think I was the only one living in my building (hence, the insulation is great)! I’ve yet to see any litter anywhere on the grounds and the garbage dumpsters are emptied daily, so there is no overflow and no horrible odors.

I’ve only had to make one maintenance call so far and the maintenance man was at my door and rectified my request within 30 minutes. I’d like to add the maintenance call was not because something had gone wrong, it was because I could not figure out how to change the air filter in my AC unit!

“Currently living in the Greenery apartments for 6 years already. I would totally recommend anyone to come live here because it’s such a great place to be, good environment, amazing staff that care & takes care of issues right away! The manager is just so amazing! She’s so welcoming hard working lady that is always on a lookout if we need anything & making sure our property is always on the go ! ♥️”

“Great aparments. The ladies at the office are nice and helpful although there is only one maintenance man which isnt good and I really think they need to have at least two to better accommodate the tenants needs. Other than that I like the apartments its clean and a good size I have 1bd 1bth and I have a lot of things because I run a business from home selling online and I have room for everything lots of closet space. The laundy room is small though but there is a laundromat down the street and a lot of stores nearby and a nice park across the street too. Rent is good here for one bedroom and also two bedroom. Monthly lease only.Update: still live here, I had issues with roaches but called to make an appointment with pest control and no more roaches :) still a good place to live and rent is cheaper than most places I honestly don’t have any complaints I enjoy my stay here but I got married a year ago so we might have to look for a bigger place which I’m hesitant because I really like this place and I have no issues with management or the apartment itself.”
