Don’t come here….huge rip off. I got acrylic nails today - no gel/no color just the powder. I was charged $65… which is insane cause you can go right down the street and get color and gel for $55 !!! This place is a joke. I personally won’t be back, this is how you lose customers!!

Received a full set at this nail salon yesterday and I have cuts on nearly every single finger. Dremel was used to remove my cuticles and I was bleeding all over. I had to ask for alcohol myself. I'm not one who typically complains but this practice seems unsanitary. There was also an employee sleeping and snoring while I was being serviced. Overall I have had bad experiences at Aqua.

I paid $120 for myself and 2 kids. I had the basic pedi, and they got a mani and pedi. Why does it cost $41 for a kids mani & pedi? The staff was nice and professional, and the place was clean. My pedi is good. The lady was attentive and did a good job.

UPDATE- I called on Friday to confirm I could come back and get them fixed. I was told to come in any day this weekend, I asked if 9:00 would be okay because that’s the only time I have. I was told that would be fine. Well, I went in at 9:00 this morning and was told they didn’t have anyone available to do my nails and I had to come back. There was a lady there taking walk-ins but apparently not for what I needed, which is funny because she was doing the same thing I got on another lady when I first got my nails done. When I asked why no one was there to do my nails when I was told 9:00 wouldn't be a problem I was told it’s because no one usually comes in early on weekends. I’m sorry but that is a poor excuse. Busy moms will come in this early, especially when weekdays aren’t an option. You’re a nail salon, if you’re open you should have someone there who is able to do a little bit of everything you offer. This will be the last time I walk in there. I will not be coming back not even to get them fixed, especially since I was also told I needed to get them redone with the person who messed up in the first place. Absolutely not!
UPDATE- less than a week and my nails have lifted in the corners. I went in today to get my nails done. First time in years. The service was good. But it wasn’t until I got home and really took the time to look at my nails and realized how messed up they were. Thumbs are crooked, the white line isn’t even covering the grown out top part of my nail on half of them. One is so bad I can see when I have something in my nail. Like I said, service was good, nails is just not doing it for me. Especially for $55.

Been going here for a long time but it's getting worse with every visit. Made an appointment and still waited forever. It was so hot and stuffy and for a mother's day weekend treat, I left with rough feet, messy painted toe nails and the ?owner? stood next to where I was getting my feet done and kept passing gas! It smelled so God awful the entire time! Very unprofessional and unorganized!

worst nail salon in clovis/fresno. me and my mom walk in and it takes way too long for a empty salon to even acknowledge our presence. i immediately noticed their chairs are trashed look as if some kind of cleaning product haven't touched them in years. an older lady starts with my mom and can't even give her a smile or some sort of greeting. my mom kindly asks for the color book and she just gestures for my mom to get her WET feet out of the tub and go grab the books for herself. the woman gets up annoyed to go get my mom ONE pallet out of the 20 sitting at the front. my mom showed her the light peral ( a simple standard color) she wanted a proceeds to bring her the neon. my mom asks her to get more of the colors, and still continues to bring back one sheet of colors, not even similar to the color shown. the woman then walks away and brings back a color she thinks will work (news flash, it doesn't.) finally we tell her to just do white. so unpleased on how not even the manager could get up to address the problem. not pleased with the fact we have to spend 15 minutes fighting about color. i'm in a fucking nail salon for fuck sake? this woman is old too like shit put her at front desk or back at home, this job clearly isn't what she would be doing. but on top of not being able to find a color. this woman is actively drilling my moms skin instead of her toe nails. the other woman had such a hard time understanding that i want my nails squared. and when i kept asking, she kept making them circular & shorter. i told her i wanted my toes all white, she kept doing french tip, and when asking her to fix it, she kept doing french, i had to do as much as pulling up pictures of my phone for white toes, simple white toes. if the employees can't do the simplest service in the pedicure business, what are you doing all day? the environment of this salon is sad, no music, dirty, mean workers. the nerve of them to have "5 stars on google" sign. that's when you know your company sucks . never again!

The worst ever I waited almost 40 minutes for a 10 minute service which was a dip removal. They wouldn't wait on me until 40 after I got there and I even called before I went to see if they had time , they said yes sure come! So I went and they didn't I don't know why I even paid $15 for awful service. And when they were doing nails the lady was switching on and off with another girl.

My nails turned out cute (a little crooked) but my nail tech cut up my cuticles so much and they burn and hurt so bad, they also bled a little.

Immediently NO! The pedi chairs are super ran down and when I tell you the person doing my pedi did NOT know what do to!!! She was so confused the whole time. There was a language barrier so I communicate with her at all. I came in for a quick pedi to kill time between 2 other appts that I had. Horrible mistake. 0/10 do not recommend. The other staff were looking at the lady working on me, like they know she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I don’t wanna be mean but you could tell they probably don’t like her and well… she is really bad and maybe no one wants to help her be great!!

Horrible experience multiple time. Got my nails done here. They did not last a week
and I had to go back and have them fixed. I clearly didn’t learn my lesson because when I came back for a fill they made me wait 30+ mins so I left and made an appointment for another day which didn’t matter because when I showed up for it they had me waiting longer than 45 mins. Don’t waste your time like me and go somewhere else.
