This store lied that my phone was ever exchanged/returned back to ATT.12/14/2023- Did a RMA with Isabella N UID:IN808A.- Exchanged iPhone 15 Pro for 15 Pro Max.- Was told phone will be returned back to ATT.02/13/24- Got a text from ATT sending a bill for phone, I exchanged in-store, not being received.- Called ATT support to find out the device is active and was being used by someone else.How secure is your store to let this negligence happen. The phone was already opened, and somehow you,1. "Sold" the phone again while sending the bill to my account.2. Let your employee activate my phone, meant for return, and sending me the bill.If you value your time, go to a corporate store, where support will be better able to assist you.You are SOL here if they decide not to do the right thing.Thank you to the two gentleman who helped me today.

The store in Clovis at 175 W. Shaw Ave is and has always been the best store. Jesse, the young man who helped us is phenomenal.

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sunny at the AT&T store on Shaw Ave, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience.Sunny's customer service skills were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect fit for my needs. Not only did Sunny patiently guide me through the features of the new iPhone 14, but he also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. His expertise and genuine interest in helping me make an informed decision is truly commendable.I wholeheartedly recommend Sunny for your needs and believe he deserves recognition/promotion for his outstanding customer service!!!

Went into my nearby store to switch from my carrier to att and wanted to keep my same number. Matthew quickly helped me get my service with att started and made the transition smooth, all within 30 minutes or so. Plus he was good looking so that was nice too. 10/10 would recommend!

Will never go back. I went in at the direction of customer service for a new SIM card. I was told by customer service there would be no charge since is was a defective SIM. Well, this store told me they "didn't have the code" to comp the SIM card and I would have to pay. I didn't want to but fine whatever, I'll get it credited to my bill. I only had cash but they said they couldn't accept cash. WTH???I ended up going to the Selma store since I was headed that way. I had a new SIM card at no charge and the phone was working in less than 5 minutes. Something weird is up with this store

Do not ever go to this place. I went in and got a new upgrade for a new phone and one of the employee helped me but while do so he added 2 additional line to my line. He told me that there will be no additional charges if I do not use line. In doing so he said it will give me a discount on my phone account so I was stupid enough to say okay and go it. To make sure again that I will not get charge for the two additional line that was added, I asked him again one more time, do I get charge for it? He replied NO. He said that I can come in after 3 month and remove it and there will not be no additional charges. So I said Okay. With the account being under my brother name, Me only as an authorized user, I warned my brother about what happened when I went into ATT and did an upgrade. I told him to check on the phone bill incase there may be anything usual changes about it. A month after the phone bill came and there was a $90 charge per line. That is $180 dollar for 2 lines and every month after that its $30 per line. Ive been trying to contact ATT fraud department about what happened and even talked to the store manager about what happened. They said they cant do nothing about it. Ive filed a claim with ATT claim department too and they too cant do anything about it. Till this day there's no imbursement, nothing have been solve. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

First off, Matthew was awesome and took his time with us. Yes, the wait was long but this was due to it being busy so it was understandable. Overall my wife and I recieved the attention and service we have come to expect from AT&T! Again, Thank you Matthew!

We went in to get new phones they were really busy. We got new phones for the whole family. Thanks guys for letting us use the coupon for the new iPhone it helped out with the cost. Really surprised it was allowed but thank you anyways. They had lots of accessories to choose from. The store was clean and easy to find everything. Thanks again
