Mr Mikie was fabulous!!!
I've been having problems for months! I've called customer service, been into same store and was unable to get my phone to accept voice messages.
I'm no longer left in the dark on missed calls as they can now leave a voice-mail!

Mike Gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t see myself doing business with anyone, but you guys! That was some of the best explanation from start to finish, and I wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else, but Mike! He is a phenomenal asset to AT&T, and is one of the best in his industry!

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a person at the At&T store in my many years with this company. The young man was not experienced in the workings of the cell phone or Direct TV. Sat in his chair and called AT&T and the transferred to Direct TV to accomplish nothing! I came home and called Direct TV to have the assistance of two wonderful customer service representatives that managed to not only accomplish my double billing on my account but also to receive a massive credit on my direct TV bill of almost $500.00. Thank you Norma and Jeremiah for wonderful service via the telephone.
