Eddie was so very helpful and a pleasure to work with! My appointment was at 6pm and he stayed past his shift with me to make sure my new iPhone15 promax was all set and ready to go. I was wary on coming in because past experiences lasted hours but Eddie made my upgrade a very easy and quick process!

My grandpa went in to get his phone checked about the sound output and worked with the worker Michael and this man barely checked the phone and told him it couldn’t be fixed. He then pushed my grandpa into buying a new phone. I later checked his phone and the silent switch had just been hit. If this worker had done any compassion for customers he could have helped my elderly grandpa and not persuaded and lied to him. I do not recommend this store at all.

Our experience today with lily was really good. She helped us upgrade my phone and gave us really great details. Overall was very helpful at the end and very polite.

Very disappointing customer service. We’ve spent multiple hours over several days at this location just simply upgrading 2 phones. When asked any question, the employees all say, “Let me go ask my manager” and then spend 15 minutes in the back room before they come back out. The manager is rude and speaks in a very condescending voice to customers. One employee even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a simple question because my customer service representative had disappeared. The utter lack of respect for customers has solidified that we will never be coming back here.

I have been a AT&T customer for over 20 years. I have multiple lines and spend over $500 a month. This store has poor customer service. Be aware, they charge a restocking fee for returned items that have not been opened. Employees never advise customers of this because they are too busy wanting to make a sale. Always check for a lower price from your local stores before purchasing anything from AT&T. Found my JBL speaker $100 less at Best Buy. They wouldn’t match the price and charged me a $35 restocking fee.

Terrible customer service. I had so many issues with this place. Once my contract is done, we will not use A T & T ever. I have never felt so disrespected by a business.

Came in to get our daughter a phone Jose made this experience very easy and enjoyable and painless. I used to hate coming into the store to upgrade or purchase but because of Jose I will be back.!!

So many things wrong with this store they add stuff in your account you don't ask, but you can't get what you need went back 3 times to talk to a "manager" Luis Ruiz but he wasn't able to help, he just made excuses to fix the issues called at&t directly and they were able to help me they made it clean that store was able to help me with not excuses but their manager decided not to do it , try to make a formal complaint against " Luis Ruiz but after almost a week I still waiting for a " call back" from the store manager my advice go to a different store if you don't want end up with a bill of $457 , no new phones (since was a new line ) and extra stuff in your bill oh and let's not forget many excusesfor not resolved your problem ..
