“My car was broken into and almost stolen! Thankfully I have good insurance through Mercury insurance that automatically sent me to Renewal Body Works. Jesse there was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated with the insurance and car rental company so I didn’t have to at all! It relieved alot of stress for me. It only took about 3 wks to get my car back. My car looks better than it did before this happened but minus only a few minor details with the fabric on the bottoms of the seats from the broken glass and the perpetrators climbing into the vehicle , stepping all over the glass and snagging the material on the seats with there feet stepping on the glass!! Jesse is helping me address all of this with the insurance to get it fixed so I can take my car home since they were already finished with it. They even had it detailed. There was fingerprint dust all over it but you can not tell. Thank you so much.”

“Absolutely great experience with Steve and Dave. They both have years of experience and knowledge on how to equip and repair my jeep. Repairs were done fast on time and well within budget. Even made accommodations for me to pick it up late. I was there after dark and Dave was leaving the shop. Such a nice guy. Took time to talk to me about my repairs. My wife and I are Rookies at off roading, Dave took time to give me advice on beginner trails to go try out. These guys have a true passion for off roading and wanting to teach and coach others. “Alexandria Borunda went above and beyond during my quick stop at this Auto Zone. I could see that she was already busy helping out another customer but she certainly knew about my presence as soon as I walked in the door. As I struggled to find the part so I walked over to the counter and right away she asked how she could help me out. I explained her my situation and she walked me over to the right aisle and knew exactly where and what she was looking for. I asked her if she wanted to look at my car and see if she could identify the proper fit for my car since they have many generic equivalent parts. She offered to take a look at my car without any hesitation and found the proper fit for it. I have to say that from start to finish she made me feel welcomed and assured that I would not leave the store without helping me find the right part. Alexandria is very knowledgeable and you happen to stop by when she's there rest assure that she will do everything to help you out as well. If you're the manager and are reading this you need to know that Alexandria deserves a raise :)

“I called Richard to get a quote for installing a Rotary 4 post 14,000lb lift, I was looking at purchasing on the internet. He asked if he could give me a quote for purchasing the lift, and installing it, saying he could probably do better than I thought. I had talked to another Valley based company who was several thousand dollars more than online pricing, so I was skeptical. He sent me a quote that was competitive to start with, and then was willing to match pricing for the small difference in pricing, and I got factory certified installation, which gave me an extended warranty from Rotary. The lift took a long time to get here from Rotary, but when it did, Richards crew was out here pretty much right away once it hit their loading dock. Levi, and Cody showed up on time, with a fork lift, and all the equipment necessary to unload, and install the lift. Working with Levi and Cody was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had working with a contractor/vendor like this. They were professional, and precise. They did a great job taking my instructions for placement, getting it marked out, confirming where I wanted it, and doing the work with precision and care. They double checked things, and when one of them wasn't sure about something, they'd check with the other, and figure it out, instead of just plowing forward in the name of getting it done. I have some minor quibbles with the Rotary product, but even those are minor, and certainly not the fault of Midstate Equipment, or the crew. I would absolutely hire them again. They install other brands of lifts as well, and the install crew suggested that I look at getting a Challenger 10k, when I'm ready to get a 2 post lift installed, so I'll definitely look at Challenger when I'm ready since I'd trust their opinion.”

“Interstate batteries are very good they also sell those yellow encased batteries that people in the audio industry love for car stereos. They are not cheap but they take care of it right there did the battery change out exactly right and it was painless. If you need a battery and you want a good battery and to get it quickly consider these guys they do great work and they're friendly courteous kind and yes service oriented”

“Highly recommend going here for your truck accessory needs. Their prices are fair & reasonable. I purchased three things for my Chevrolet 2018 Colorado. 1) A LED tail-light strip that works with your turn signals, and brake lights (the look is awesome). 2) LED Driving/Fog Lights (they work great). 3) Switched out the regular headlights for LED (what a difference). I already used the fog lights as I live out in the country where it's dark and gets foggy. The installation of all the electrical was priced reasonably and installed to perfection. Throughout the process, their customer service was top notch!!”
