“These are the best in air conditioning. I had my 2016 Honda CRV that only had air when I ran 50 miles. I was tired of it. I had already been to many mechanics and it was still the same. “I had one of my headlights out and wanted it to be done immediately because of the weather. From YouTube I learnt it was a bit sticky for my truck and decided to take up O'Reilly's on their promise they would install a new bulb for free. Came into the store early morning and the lady behind the counter confirmed they could install the new bulb for me, but she was on her own in the store and suggested I came back an hour later when there was mroe staff in the store. When returning I was helped by Brian. Unasked he helped me select the bulb that was right for me. He was relatively new to the store and had to check if they did such installs. When that was confirmed he went ahead and jumped on the job. I'm glad he could do this for me as it was indeed a bit tricky, with hard to reach bolts and quite an effort to get the bulbs out and in. Brian clearly had mechanics experience and worked his way through the issues, with a smile. Great customer service.”

“I highly recommend this store.Brian and Fernando are extremely friendly and helpful. I came in to purchase a tube for my lawn mower tire as I couldn't get the bead to seat, but they just fixed it for me. They showed me how to put a strap around the outside of the tire and tighten it, forcing the bead to seat.They fixed it for me for no charge.

Car battery kept dying until the manager identified we had the wrong type of battery installed. The old battery was luckily still under warranty and he Helped us swap out the battery and replace it by paying the difference. Car works great now no more electrical issues!”

“These guys are great! Ive spent alot of time on phone over the last few weeks looking for a specific part and most of the places i had reached out to were either rude or said i had to come and see for myself. The guys at Rhino took the time to confirm they had the part i was after called back within 20 minutes i went later to see it for myself and put down a deposit. Picked it up the following day. They loaded it carefully on my trailer and away i went. Very friendly and informative and extremely helpful!”

She kept me updated throughout the appointment and genuinely made me feel taken care of. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines great customer service with real knowledge, and Karen nailed both.
