I was greeted by an associate the minute I walked in. When I gave a reply back of how they were doing. Nothing in return. 6 employees in the store. Not one asked if they could help us. They were too busy stocking the shelves and could care less about a customer. Waited at the registers to purchase and waited for 1 minute before I turned around to interrupt the associates conversation to each. And you wonder why people shop at Amazon.

I went to sierra vista for pickup and small dude at door super-rude and cashier was just disrespectful and of course won't let you use coupon, the drama over a coupon- wow- had to go outside store to get my phone unclogged from their wifi then came back and had security( joke-) standing there. All over a $3.50 soap and a free hand cream- Guess what lmao I went back and returned it-YUP, why should I give this store any of my $$. Fashion Fair a lot farther but way better service- Its why every company leaving Sierra vista mall- and they let it go -who wants to spend $$ in a dump with pieces of the floor missing and rude customer service-

I usually don't write a reviews unless it's bad customer service. I often shop at this location because of the friendly associates, but when I went in on Saturday 10/07/2023 around 2:30pm, I felt totally left out of all the sales, everyone was being greeted and told a promotion, except for me the small white dude named Josh was watching me like I was a thief. So for that reason I'm writing this review to bring some awareness to the store manager that not everyone with a big purse is a thief. I actually bought something.

My daughter loves the small hand sanitizers from here great to toss some in her backpack. I like the sented plug ins from here. Nice selection of fragrances. Bit on pricey side for the candles. They do often have sales if you purchase multiples.

The people that work there are Gray sweet. I thought i'd look up. There's always 99 soaps and smoke them. And found out why they were on sale, they stunk.. Watch out for sales on soap.

Good B&BW. Just a little hard to find the way into the mall kuz they have the whole back side blocked off and maps will tell you to go in through the back side...don't! Trust me just use the front mall entrance

They are currently offering $10 off their 3-wick candles and they are still having their semi-annual sale along with $3.95 soaps, so I had to pop in and see what good trouble I could get into. They have some Valentine's Day stuff, but not much.What was odd was that not one employee greeted my friend and I, which is unusual, as the staff here is usually so bubbly. We ended up just browsing, as the reception was sh!t and my friend couldn't get his rewards to load, never to pay full price kids!!! The store is decent but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

I’ve been a bath and body client for years now. It’s just so sad that in this particular store, I found myself having 2 consecutive bad experiences.The second one yesterday, I called before going there and asked if they could exchange 2 of the body creams shipped to me that had broken lids, I even brought all the broken pieces, and the person I talked to, I believe was a guy said “ yes” , without any further questions or explanations regarding their return policy. When I went there, this certain person, I think named Jonathan ( maybe the same person I talked to) told me that since I bought it online and was a flash sale, they can’t exchange it, I have to pay for the regular price. It’s not even my fault and my choice that it was shipped to me broken. He was so inconsiderate, I pleaded that can he not just consider it, but he was tough on his decision. I firmly believe that b and b had the best customer satisfaction mantra but he just spoiled it. He was the same person who was rude the first time to let me wait when , they were giving me a dollar bill that was burned on the corner and I said if they can change it, and at first he said no, and I said why? Your store just gave this to me just now for my change from what I just purchased, ( his register) was open, I had a long wait to have my dollar bill exchanged.I noticed every time I go to this store, he is the same person who keeps chatting with a fellow associate when the line is very long and customers are waiting patiently.My experience is based on his attitude towards me. I feel bad because I too work with diverse people and I try my best to be fair and considerate in treating them. What he did was unbecoming of his position to share love and joy during this season.☹️By the way, I called the other store at fashion fair and they were willing to accept the exchange. THiS is fair customer satisfaction, which is supposed to be.

I normally do all my bath and body works shopping online to avoid going in, however there was an issue with the products that I received & was hoping to go to my nearest store to get a quicker resolution. This location is NOT a high traffic store, however when I got to the register with my products nobody wanted to help me. One girl keyed in her numbers and told an other associate (who stated she’s never done a return before & said she needs help) to help me because she “didn’t want to do it” and for her to “figure it out” (not that she was too busy to help her associate or me by doing anything else) because all she was doing was walking around the registers acting as if she was doing something.I was shocked that an associate even said that & clearly didn’t want to be bothered while she stands around. So I was patient with the girl who was stuck helping me & her and two other associates were standing with her trying to help her figure it out as they go. Now I had 3 associates trying to work together to help me and the original worker who didn’t want to help, walked by and asked them if “they figured it out yet”, clearly they didn’t so at that point is when someone brought a manager out.The manager Tiffany came out from the back flustered trying to rush with helping me trying to process a return, when that’s not what I wanted, I just wanted an exchange. To sum this up she explained to me that their location couldn’t help me with my exchange & told me any other location can do it and told me to also call customer care. I was so confused and felt rushed & felt like She was trying to just get me out. So I asked her for customer cares number and if she can call an other local store & explain to them my situation and verify if they could help me before I drive across town and get told the same thing. So she said ok and went to the back room for less then a minute & came out and said river park store can for sure help me. I left the store but I felt overwhelmed and felt like something wasn’t right so I called the customer care number that she provided me & it was random number to some medical phone line. Then I called river park and asked if an associate called them within the past 5 minutes to verify if they could help me when I arrive & the associate on the line asked and said no one called them to inform them about anything. So Tiffany just went in the back room to pretend like she called to get me to leave. & to think that’s the MANAGER who is so dismissive & clearly lacks customer service. One phone call is all Tiffany had to make but instead she went to hide in the back to do nothing and lied. It’s clear now why certain associates felt entitled to be so rude when they clearly have a manager who sets that example.This is why I try to do everything online so I won’t have to deal with rude staff/ situations like this.I wish I could of got the name of the one decent employee who deserves to be recognized, she was left with no help but still managed to do her best and be polite to me and apologized on everyone’s behalf. My receipt doesn’t show her name but her cashier number 3805195, she was blonde with glasses. Hopefully the number shows the right girl and not the other associate who keyed in her numbers for someone else to use and left.
