A fat lady at register on July 2 ,2024 at 9 pm is being really rude and raciest. She thought i don’t know the English so telling her coworker that she will make us wait for pickup. This kind of workers are shame on industry

The mead selection in store is a little lacking but the store overall has a pretty great selection across all price points for other spirits, wines and beers so that’s a plus but the reason I return is the staff all very knowledgeable and super friendly and welcoming definitely makes the experience worth it as it’s a bit of a drive for me

So many liquor too choose from, I was surprised my daughter Crystal brought me here becuz she's going to a sweet sixteen party & I was told I couldn't come. The staff was Great, Fast Servce, Clean Place...

Okay, so I THOUGHT this was the legendary BevMo. Supposed to have everything alcohol. WRONG .. I wanted a Mudslide for New Year Eve. Went to 4 other stores first. Nothing.. Braved the masses on New years Eve at the BevMo. Thought for sure they would carry Mudslide. Nothing. .Nada... Sucky sucky. Big disappointment !

Stopped by to purchase a few bottles of nice wine...i.e. behind a locked glass door. I had to wait in a line behind 5 people just to ask if someone could assist me by opening the cooler. I was told his "buddy" was on break and when he returned, he would come over and help me. After waiting an appropriate time, I returned to the check out line where the "buddy" was now checking people out and the original person was MIA. Again waiting in line to ask for help, a person in front of me asked if someone could assist them. He waved a hand at the store and replied, "I don't know, he's out there somewhere." At this , I gave up and went elsewhere. I realize times are tough with staff, etc. BUT...don't lock up merchandise that no one is available to open! Will order online from now on for sure.
