“We walked into the door to just see what's inside, being a prominently signposted store, though in a shabby neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome by Alexis, as well as by the broad as election of flooring options available at this place. Since we are building a home, we are in the early stages of furnishing and we're open to look at area rugs. Alexis showed us around and explained the ordering and manufacturing time-frames, helped us select some options, and was ready to provide samples for us to take home. We will for sure be back with samples of our furniture wood and leather, to select a carpet to be made into an area rug!”
“What a great experience! The house had a 20 year old tile that was cracked and carpet I was replacing. They went out of their way to talk to their tile contacts to see if we could get a close enough match to repair some tiles rather than replace it. In the end I decided it was best to just do the entire house the same floor and it is beautiful floor at a very competitive price!”

“Quality Carpets has a wonderful showroom that provides a variety of carpets to choose from. Raven, the salesperson, was attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the process of selecting carpet for both my personal home and rental home. There was a manufacturing defect with the carpet in my personal home. Christy, the owner, was extremely responsive and proactive in following up with the manufacturer and getting all of the carpet replaced as quickly as possible, as she knew that I wanted to move in. I felt like she truly cared about making sure that the process went smoothly. You really see how truly well a business is ran when there are issues that arise along the way and how they handle them. I am grateful for her assistance and would recommend this business.”
