I came into the bank needing to add an individual to a checking and savings account. It was Friday afternoon and the bank was very busy as usual. The banker, Jeff was extremely helpful and made the transaction extremely simple. Even though I know he was under the gun with all of the other clients, he never once made me feel like I was imposing. excellent service from a solid banking institution is rare these days. Thank you!

Mrs. Crystal did her best to help but manager Sarah couldn’t be bothered to do her job as a manager and kept sending Mrs. Crystal as a go between. I was told I had to know all personnel to make an appointment with the correct one even though online doesn’t say who the specialists are. Aside from that when I asked what I could get done for a specific type of service (notary) the manager said “that’s proprietary information”. I could hear her from behind the counter she refused to move out behind. Again, playing telephone. Will be opening a bank somewhere else and closing my account here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in how chase now operates. No service any longer.

I went into this location today to re open my daughters HIGH SCHOOL account. I understand my daughter needed 2 forms of ID since she previously had a high school account prior. Manuel refused to help us with her social security card, her previous debit card that has her name on it & a picture of her school ID. Manuel asked for a state ID. My daughter is 14 years old why would she need a state ID? I feel we had more then enough forms of ID to verify it was her but he decided to not help us. We waited a whole week for our appointment just for this guy to waste our time. He could've at least pulled up my account to see our history since my daughter was previously on my account but he didn't even take the time to do that. Not to mention our appointment was at 11am, he was not ready at the time of our appointment so not only did we wait on him to assist us we left with nothing accomplished. Manuel completely wasted our time.

I went there 3 times just to deposit check, the guy see me tear off the number under the check, and he says nothing about it, then he told me I only need signature, nothing wrong for check. 2nd time the girl told me the check missing the number. Come on, why not tell me once that something is missing. Waste all my time and gas to drive there 3 times, still can’t deposit. Terrible service! Not professional at all! Wish they are more professional!

I got robbed from this bank. I’m going to be filing a police report and hiring a attorney. I deposited a large lump some of money and the ATM ate my money and spit out a receipt to call customer service to make sure my transaction went through. They did a investigation and claimed all the money back they temporary gave me and robbed me saying I never put in that much money. Where did that money go??? This bank is a theft and they will get caught. Security tapes tell all.

Teller tried cashing my business check wrong twice and got a hold put on my account. The manager then walks up to help and straight lies to my face saying it’s an issue with my account. I called another branch and they confirmed the manager lied to me. Sad

I recently have made a big mistake to wire transfer to a scammer. Everyone there at the bank was professionally helpful to recall the transaction and get the money back to my account. I especially thank Sarah Cochrane the vice president for her taking extra efforts to give me soonest information than expected. Now the money was fully back to my account. All happy!

I love Chase Bank on Fowler on Shaw avenue, the staff is really friendly, courteous and respectful. The branch is always very clean with fresh coffee waiting.If there is one teller available they are definitely worth the wait.

This is the worst place you could choose to bank. No one gives you the same information and customer service sucks to say the least. I am seriously considering closing my account to find a bank that actually care and its gonna give me attitude when I'm the customer.

This bank has always provided me great service. Their staff is polite and friendly. They do their job in a timely matter, never waiting too long. The bank is clean and decorated well for holidays.. I have no complaints

This bank is a JOKE! And it might be funny if they weren't stealing your money and hiding behind a phone number that is never answered by a live person. Even the Chase Customer Service staff cannot contact anyone in this branch by phone. Their suggestion: "go into the branch". . Which I've done also and got ZERO help. Trying to return safety deposit keys for a box that belonged to my deceased mother. They wouldn't accept the keys, and now they are sending me a bill for the box!! They are criminal!!! Do not give CHASE bank your money or your business... To the bank manager, Sylvia Galaway... someone had better contact me ASAP!

Don't come here! Bad customer service!!!! Especially the black lady in there, she was very mean and impatient every time I see her!!! I give it one star because I couldn't give it zero!!!!!
