Tried contacting them to get an issue sorted out with my IRA.
First off it took several calls to even reach a real person, and they transferred me to an automated call that had nothing to do with my problem.
I call again. It takes several more tries to get in contact with a real person. I explain my issue again, saying that the number they transferred me to last time didn't work. They provide me the same number. Again.
An absolute waste of time.

The fact that they don't have a "public restroom" and make you walk to chipotle to use the restroom is enough for me to not come back to this bank.

Chase in general is bad but specifically the Shaw and Fowler location. I went into the branch for help with a hold placed in a large deposit by check. They said call customer support. I said that's why I came in because I can't get through. They said sorry don't want to help you. I asked for the manager. They said they were out to lunch. I said it's not lunchtime. I need to speak with assistant manager. They said they're out too. I waited 10 minutes for customer service which said call back tomorrow Saturday. I called on Saturday and was put on hold 30 minutes only to find I have to wait another hour for the hold department. My problem was never resolved. I noticed from the reviews other people have been having similar problems with the consensus chase is so big they've forgotten what customer service is. Really unprofessional staff, barely do their minimum required job, forget about going above and beyond kind of thing. I’d give zero stars if I could for their customer service.

I needed time-sensitive material faxed to Chase main and was told that I had a whole day to do so when I dropped the paperwork off. Turns out I didn't and my accounts got closed.Update: I got help from Sandra Esqueda who was very invested in helping me get my money back and although my accounts are still closed, my experience with her and her banking support has opened my mind to potentially working with Chase in the future.

This is the worst Chase branch I’ve ever dealt with. Totally incompetent, particularly the manager Linda. They majorly screwed up a deposit into my joint checking account with my mother (which I’ve had since I was 17, now 36), and when my mother told them to contact me, Linda lied and said she could only talk to my mother and refused to call me regarding the issue. This issue still isn’t resolved and it’s been ongoing since last week. I don’t live in Clovis, so I can’t visit and they will not call me. There’s no way a bank can unilaterally cut an account holder out of discussions about their account! Totally unethical. Please avoid this branch if possible.

No problem with the bank itself, but as a customer I assumed my Amazon package thay was delivered to the pickup kiosk at this location would be available when I needed to pick it up. I was disappointed to find it was not located in an after-hours accessible location. When I came during business hours, this location was temporarily closed. Not sure if it was due to staffing or employee illness or whatnot, but I only have 3 days to pick up my package and it ends up getting sent back. Customer packages should not be locked inside unstaffed buildings. I will likely send my future packages to the kiosk inside of Vons across the street. This issue should be looked into. Bank customers especially should have some sort of after-hours access to package pickup and staffing issues of the business should not interfere with this service either.

ATM freezes every time I try to make a deposit with $100 bills, having to drive around and get down to walk up to a ATM. Very inconvenient to do an easy deposit.

Well l went 2 days ago walk in the bank explain my situation and problems l had with San Jose branch about dine deposits at the moments seems like the were better than San Jose branches they call me back a few times told me today my account was going to be remove about the restrictions for not reason and told me to call if it wasn’t like that so l did but not answer is ridiculous this is the only way l can contact them

Absolutely the WORST ATMS of any bank, chase or not, any where. 90% of the time they don't accept deposits, print receipts or give cash. Your systems need upgrading!
