Female with pony tale dark hair is not very friendly, I was originally with Washington mutual and then chase and this first time I've experienced a unfriendly associate. Maybe she was having a bad day but I ended up going to Golden one for assistance since I also bank there.

I had the worst customer service here. From being unprofessional to dropping profanity, while having no proper engagement. I understand, that it's the end of the day, however, you still have a guest to help. Here I am making a large withdrawal, and I cannot for the life of me get an undivided attention. I asked for new bills, the teller dismissed my request, while complaining to her colleague about some kind of bathroom issue. I usually don't get offended, but this is the first time I actually walked out the bank upset. Literally almost snapped at the teller to be a bit more professional.

I have never had a bad experience at this branch. The tellers are always friendly and there is very seldom a line.

I normally hate coming to the bank, but I LOVE this location. Team members like Val and Jessica make the experienced so much better! They are always available to ask questions, and they are just sweet genuine people. This is definitely my favorite chase branch solely because of those 2!

Friday evening and only 1 of the 2 ATM working. It was shortly after 5 . Just feel that functioning ATM's should be something that's done before the last person leaves at 5.

I came into the bank needing to add an individual to a checking and savings account. It was Friday afternoon and the bank was very busy as usual. The banker, Jeff was extremely helpful and made the transaction extremely simple. Even though I know he was under the gun with all of the other clients, he never once made me feel like I was imposing. excellent service from a solid banking institution is rare these days. Thank you!

Mrs. Crystal did her best to help but manager Sarah couldn’t be bothered to do her job as a manager and kept sending Mrs. Crystal as a go between. I was told I had to know all personnel to make an appointment with the correct one even though online doesn’t say who the specialists are. Aside from that when I asked what I could get done for a specific type of service (notary) the manager said “that’s proprietary information”. I could hear her from behind the counter she refused to move out behind. Again, playing telephone. Will be opening a bank somewhere else and closing my account here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in how chase now operates. No service any longer.

I went into this location today to re open my daughters HIGH SCHOOL account. I understand my daughter needed 2 forms of ID since she previously had a high school account prior. Manuel refused to help us with her social security card, her previous debit card that has her name on it & a picture of her school ID. Manuel asked for a state ID. My daughter is 14 years old why would she need a state ID? I feel we had more then enough forms of ID to verify it was her but he decided to not help us. We waited a whole week for our appointment just for this guy to waste our time. He could've at least pulled up my account to see our history since my daughter was previously on my account but he didn't even take the time to do that. Not to mention our appointment was at 11am, he was not ready at the time of our appointment so not only did we wait on him to assist us we left with nothing accomplished. Manuel completely wasted our time.

I recently have made a big mistake to wire transfer to a scammer. Everyone there at the bank was professionally helpful to recall the transaction and get the money back to my account. I especially thank Sarah Cochrane the vice president for her taking extra efforts to give me soonest information than expected. Now the money was fully back to my account. All happy!

I went there 3 times just to deposit check, the guy see me tear off the number under the check, and he says nothing about it, then he told me I only need signature, nothing wrong for check. 2nd time the girl told me the check missing the number. Come on, why not tell me once that something is missing. Waste all my time and gas to drive there 3 times, still can’t deposit. Terrible service! Not professional at all! Wish they are more professional!
