I walked in with a rather complicated problem. Donavyn helped me immediately even though he had been ready to leave for lunch. He took care of everything . I had been unsuccessful in solving this problem on the Internet and was delighted to find that there was someone who could help me at the bank. It also happened to be my birthday when I went in and Donovyn's help was a wonderful birthday present.Great experience.

Apparently I was on a due date of a payment and walked in to Chase Willow and Nees location minute I walked in was greeted by associate Samantha even though she was on the phone with another customer waited couple minutes and she put the phone on hold and said they will be right with me but another associate became available her name was Madison she helped me and exactly she knew what she was doing took her a second and she was done with me thank you Chase going forward this will be my location for any needs. Thank you Again.

Really just a terrible place... never in my life have I been so frustrated with a bank. Waited in a 21 minute line just to deposit a dang check because the ATM at the front wasn't working last time I was there, and before the pandemic the lines got close to an HOUR on multiple occasions... considering how tiny this place is, you'd think the lines would be shorter, but NO, apparently not! And we've had so many issues with the family account, it's just unbelievable. The second time our account got blocked without any of us asking for it to, I threatened to call corporate right then and there, and the man behind the counter had nothing to say about it but "ma'am I'm sorry you're upset, but the situation remains the same," bla bla bla. If this sort of thing happens a third time, I will be transferring all our accounts to Bank of the West. I urge others to do the same.

Chase is bad Bank ever they restricted my accounts for no reason they don’t want to tell me why it’s restricted I don’t understand I’ve been with them 3-4 years now

Worst customer service!!! Walked in to open my kids student accounts and they didn't greet me , three people behind windows and one person in lobby. They then say we can't see you till 3 PM to open an account!! Really... off to another bank

Worst customer service ever. I had a large business account with them and had not added my husband as a signer so I wrote him a check to cash. They refused to cash it because he didn't have an account even after I explained he was the business owner and we were adding him as a signer. I told them that I would be closing my accounts and his response was "You're going to do what you do". So yep..I closed my accounts. Bank locally is the lesson. This banks didn't care about relationships. Fresno First Bank has all our business now

This review is based solely on the interaction and level of service (lack there of) with one of their mortgage consultants. I was shopping around for a loan on an investment property and the person I dealt with over the phone just kept rambling for nearly 22 min. about how difficult it was to obtain an investment loan and on and on about all the obstacles. My goodness, it basically sounded like he didn't want to do the work although he was really good about talking himself up, lol. I thought, hmm, maybe I'm not worth his time. I already had all documents etc. ready to submit since I was shopping around and asked if he could email his list of what was needed. Well, I guess he didn't want to do the work,,,he never emailed me, never called me, nothing even though I had gone through the trouble of filling out the entire preapproval application. Anyhoo, it was a blessing because I met a great consultant from Wells Fargo- and then ended up doing business with CityWide due to their rates. I had my keys in hand within mnths of when I started with City Wide, and would had been sooner if I found something sooner! So basically I wouldn't go to Chase for anything more complex than a checking/savings account.

I have called 6 times over the course of 3 days to make an appointment to see a banker for my business accounts. No one answers. The couple of times I've just walked in to see a banker, I'm told to call and make an appointment....even though this location is most convenient, I'm going to have to use a different branch.
