This place should be a five star daycare I want to be very transparent. I went to the child time in Fresno and was very disappointed and I really hope that they grew as a daycare They should follow suit with Clovis child time because I will tell you, Christina and Mariah they are the top dogs in there making sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be but it feels like family. They have really made us feel like family ☺️The teachers are great Miss Amy is amazing. Miss Mona is amazing she is so loving and patient with my daughter. They love my kids. And that means the world to me! My four-year-old is autistic and Trust me, she can be a lot and They welcome my kids with open arms. The daycare is also very safe. There’s cameras and the teachers in every single class, including the infants are absolutely amazing. I’m very protective over my kids and I highly recommend this place. I am so pleased to be here and if I’m being very open and honest, I am staying in Fresno because it’s very hard to find a daycare like this as a single parent. I wanna make sure my kids are getting the best care when I’m not there and this is the place also thank you Chef for always looking out for our kids. You do your thing in there. Honestly, if I could afford to do something really nice for them I would I really hope if Corporate sees this message, they deserve something honestly Christina and Mariah run this place with so much compassion and if it’s possible to give these ladies, including the teachers, a pay raise or a vacation day, something these ladies deserve appreciation and gratitude

We have been here since 2019 and had a child in each age group room. We love it! We felt comfortable and confident with the baby room teachers. As the kids grew they did great age appropriate activities. Our kids love the summer fun day activities (water play, scooter day, the bubble show and magic show). Our 1st was very prepared for kindergarten with his sight words and math skills he learned at child time. During school holidays they have been so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend for working parents.

I really appreciate this daycare. There are many aspects of it that make it a great place to take your kids.
When I had a tour, the first thing I noticed was that the kids were very well managed (2 year old room). Usually kids are all over the place, but when it was story time, they all went to sit on the rug. The structure here is solid; the kids know what to do.
There are cameras in each room, so you are able to check in on your kiddo whenever they are in their care. This brings a lot of peace to my heart, because taking your kid to daycare can be hard for a lot of people. There actually was an incident where one of the teachers was being too harsh with some of the kids, and I saw it on the camera (not abusive- just harsher than I felt comfortable with). I contacted the head staff as soon as I could to let them know, they were able to review the footage, and this teacher was reprimanded accordingly. They were also able to discuss appropriate actions for teachers in a training. I feel like they did their best to repair this breach in trust. Because of that incident, it definitely led me to be a bit more hypervigilant if I noticed anything like that again.
Considering that anyone might be harsh OR abusive with your kids at a daycare no matter which one they go to, you WANT to have your kids in a daycare with cameras!!!
Also, they use a great app for communicating and sending pictures of activities the kids participate in. They really engage with kids here, and there are NO TVs in the rooms.
The teachers are friendly, conversational, and really care about the kids. The head staff is compassionate and helpful.
Lastly, the tuition is very reasonable, considering all the perks that come with it.
I really appreciate this place and the people that make it great! Thank you!! 💛

Review of the infant and toddler room. These teachers have a passion for what they do, most have been there for 8+ years. They do tons of activities, crafts, sensory play. I can live stream cameras to my phone on the app. Infant room updates every poop, pee, bottles, and sleep event. We are incredibly grateful for you and all of the wonderful teachers in the infant and toddler rooms. The hard work, love, and care they pour into each day means the world to us, and we feel so lucky knowing our child is in such compassionate hands. Thank you for everything you do! Here is their latest fall photo shoot the did! 🥰

My daughter has been going here for 4 plus years now. Most of the teachers are fantastic, and any that have been an issue didn't last long. I trust at least one enough that if she wanted to take my daughter on a plane, I wouldn't say no. We didn't know her before coming to childtime, and her and my daughter developed a strong bond. I definitely don't worry about my daughter's safety while there, and they do pick up and drop off at the elementary school next door. They plan some fun activities during summer break, and keep the kids engaged.

I am grateful for the staff at Childtime. The ladies genuinely care for both of my boys and it makes me happy to see my boys excited to be there when we arrive. They come home with lots of art projects, they are read to and there are many different interactive toys for them to play with. At the end of the day I want my kids experience at daycare to be enriched and I want them to come home happy. Period.

I just got off the phone with child time. You basically get transferred to a call center. The representative was very short and rude. She also asked for a lot of personal information when I was just inquiring about rates. She was unable to answer some of my questions and said I would have to ask the center directly. Probably would make more sense for parents to just be able to call the center directly. I was not impressed and will not be seeking further information from this location.

Did a tour , most of the babies were crying in the infant room there was one of the teachers/caretakers that looked like she hated her job with the constant resting b face look on her face and one baby that caught my eye that was sitting there crying and I kept looking at her like why is she not doing something anything she rolled her eyes and went to him and picked him up NOT gently or reassuring but swung him up by his arms all rough then sat him on her lap! He was the only dark haired little guy in there and it broke my heart (my baby then started crying from how unhappy they were) That lady had black hair in a messy ponytail and I think the girl that gave me the tour said her name was vivian. If that’s your baby, I hope you find another place for him or they replace that lady.

Called To ask if they are expecting kids. A man answered named was Matt. Wanted to get my information. I asked him before giving any information if they are taking 1 and a half year olds. He said he is going to build a profile and help me look for a day care . I said I am already doing that that’s why I called and he just hung up. All I have to say is that’s not how you talk to ppl or conduct yourself especially if your a man.

Parents Beware! If you don't have a headache dealing with how unorganized and unprofessional this place is, do not send your child there! What a complete nightmare!

We have been at Childtime since 2017 and have had 2 kids attend, both starting at 3 months old. The staff have always put our children's health and safety at the forefront, which alleviates the stress associated with leaving our children in the care of others. As a baby, my son often had respiratory trouble and the staff went above and beyond to communicate with us every day and help us navigate the treatments he required. As he has grown, the teachers have taught him counting, writing, days of the week, months of the year, etc. and I feel that he will be well-equipped for Kindergarten. In addition to the academic work, the teachers go out of their way to make sure the kids have an enjoyable experience and plan fun activities to keep the kids engaged. My daughter is currently in the one-year-old room and loves going to school every day. She pushes past me to run to her classroom every morning so she can hug her teachers. They spend a lot of time reading to the children and doing creative arts and crafts, which has had a positive influence on my daughter who now loves to come home and look at books or color. In addition to the teachers and staff treating the children like family, the administrators are always helpful and go the extra mile to accommodate our needs, which is especially helpful in the current time.We are so happy that we found Childtime and would highly recommend it to any parent - no matter the age of your child.

We love this school! We have been here since 2018 and routinely recommend Childtime of Clovis to friends. The staff is always friendly and genuinely care for our children. The facility is kept clean and fun for the children. If you are looking for a daycare/preschool for your little one you should check out Childtime of Clovis.

My family has been with this school since 2018 and we love it!As a working mama, it's hard to leave my kids, but the staff and teachers at this school are the sweetest, most loving people. My almost 4 year old has grown up here and is so comfortable and well taken care of. I'm always amazed, but not surprised, at how well they know her and her, them. It makes my heart so happy! She has learned SO much and has made so many friends! Her teacher is great with the kids and does a lot with them! My almost 9 month old is in the infant room (that's some tough work!!) and they love him so well. They really learn and get to know these babies, as well as create a safe environment for them to spend the day in.Kristina, the Director, is amazing! I can only imagine the work load she faces, especially in times like this, and she is doing great! She does it all, from being on top of classroom ratios and school cleanliness to helping my daughter find her lost stuffed animal. We are so thankful for her!As a teacher myself, and growing up with a mom working in the childcare industry, I can confidently say this is a great school! Childcare is hard work and this team is killing it! At the end of the day, they love my babies well and THAT is everything to me.
