This auto mechanic shop is the best I’ve ever interacted with. I do a lot of the work on my cars myself. I spent a week on my truck but got to a point where I needed help. I had my filthy truck towed to their shop and they took care of me. They fixed it quick, and for a lot less money than I expected. They even washed it for me. Now it’s running better than ever before. I would give more stars if I could.

Thank you for being an honest mechanic shop!!
Dropped my truck off at Circle Automotive for a second opinion. Lithia Ford of Fresno told me I needed to replace my engine on my F150 and was quoted 20k for a used engine. Picked it up and took it straight to Circle Automotive. Chris and his team inspected my truck and said nothing was wrong with it. Thank you for inspecting my vehicle and being honest. Thank you for always being a dependable shop.

Very honest! I brought in my dodge charger because it was overheating and I was 90% sure it was going to be an expensive head gasket job, but they found out that it was just the temperature gauge that needed to be replaced. They could have easily lied and went through with the head gasket job and cost me $3000 or more but they didn't! Thank you!!!

They always provide quality work. The perform insurabce repairs also so they can be a tad pricey but its always worth the piece of mind.

My husband was treated very rudly by the technician at Circle Automotive.
My husband explained online the issues
he was having with the car and ask for a totally inspection to be done. When my husband check in , in person he was lied too, Charged a fee and rush out!
Later to have found out the battery is bad along wirh revealing what the issue were , by a technician from Firestone.

EXTREMELY COSTLY: the diagnosis alone was $201.oo? which I thought was unfair? & warranty did NOT cover that or the MAJORITY of the work?basically my warranty paid 1/5 ? everything else had to come out of my pocket?. BUT THEY WERE FAST/TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL?That's why I'm giving them 3 stars

Wonderful customer service I took my car in for an eps replacement, and they called me back saying the dealership has a 15 year warranty on that part. Very honest and they could have easily done the work and charged me without me knowing. Thank you
