Waste of time. They would not let me test drive the ID.Buzz. They told me the vehicle is to expensive and they have to keep the miles down. They also said if Im planning on buying the vehicle the same day they would let me drive it. I would be understanding if this was a luxury brand but it is not a luxury brand. Test driving a vehicle is the most important part of buying a vehicle and I can't consider buying something if I don't even know how it drives.

Went to go pick my car, it was raining all day and I get there and my trunk is wide open and everything is wet. Would not recommend leaving your car overnight. Also wanted $1,700 to fix a part that cost $100. I’ll fix it for that and only take me few hours. Also asked them to fix my tire sensor and they couldn’t even do that, I’ve asked them the time before as well. High disappointed

If you're a woman and have trouble explaining or understanding what's going on with your car, David is your guy! I highly, highly recommend asking for him if you need help. He's amazing, incredibly trustworthy, and explains things in a way that's easy to understand — even for someone like me, who has absolutely no clue about cars.

Would have rated zero stars if I could. Customer service is a joke here. Just go to the Audi dealership. Worth the little drive to not go here

we buy a volkswagen jetta 2020 last week from volkswagen clovis. After buy when we leave the store the brakes make noise, but that time store closing time, and next day we go to job on truck and we came back after a week to volkswagen clovis, then they inspection and ask to change the brakes routers and pads, then they said if we pay by myself then they change it and if company pay by their self then no need to change brakes , that means it’s all ok no need to change, But brakes makes too much noise, the manger said to shut up and gett out from here, they are too rude, In future we recommend to everyone don’t go this company. I don’t have any too much bad experience like this company.

I always feel confident when I take my Jetta to VW Clovis. I trust them to steer me in the right direction.

I called the Parts Department, the man that answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional phone etiquette. He wasn’t helpful at all. Volkswagen Clovis, you need to train your employees how to answer the phone without an attitude.

I fail to understand why oil changes here need to be an all-day affair.

Pedro and Tony were absolutely amazing during our car buying process. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend asking for Pedro when you visit this location. Hands down the best experience we’ve had in years.

My brother and father went here for looking at and test driving Tiguan. They said they needed to run hard credit enquiry for him to test drive it!! What kind of dealership even does that? Very disappointed with the service and how they treat their customers.

As a small business and auto repair shop owner, Ruben's Automotive Madera CA, I was very disappointed with how service treats their customers, We had called to check on a possible recall campaign for a customer, the parts department was very informative with their information concerning the part in concern, they transferred us to the service department and Doug, Service manager, who was very condescending and rude, before we could explain what information we were checking and why we were calling he would cut us off and very rudely explain how he could not help us, He explained that he could not offer technical support on diagnosing cars over the phone, we were not looking for a diagnostic over the phone but for recall information that VW might have in house not available to the public, Doug would often make it known that he was the supervisor which would offer no help to the information we were asking, after the terrible back and forth with Doug we called parts back to get in touch with the General Manager, Kip, Kip was unavailable and we left a message for Kip to call us back to discuss why we were treated this way, Kip has not reached back out to us to follow up on the situation, customer service is very important and Doug was very un professional as a Service Supervisor, We will not be recommending any of our customers to this VW location, we will also no longer be purchasing any parts from this location from now on and take our business somewhere else
