Our room was ok, beds were fine, pull out sofa was pretty uncomfortable, bathroom faucet in the shower had a gap between it and the wall, know was cracked. The breakfast was ok until we found a hair in the scrambled eggs. Definitely not up to par for the price and compared to other comfort suites locations.

I stayed just for one night the shower 🚿 is old and not a pressure water . The Sofa very old and dirty . I will not recommend for breakfast. It's not clean ..
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as the price is very expensive for this property.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The sofa bed was nothing but wires and no cushion. The roll away bed was a tad bit better but not recommended. The breakfast: eggs were runny and potato’s were hard. No point of eating there. Location was great because big hat day was blocks away.

I get so tired of things being broken when checking into a room and it seems like one of the worst is the Choice brand. Had a King suite and all seemed fine until I couldn’t get the TV channels to change. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone was dead. ( NBD but remove it please!) in the meantime I noticed the A/C compressor kept cycling off frequently. Toni ended up moving us to a different room and all was great but I feel it should never have happened. Where is quality control?!

Disgusting hotel; broken, worn, dirty. Weird white stains on the floor, walls and chair. Temp control broken, toilet broken, flickering lighting, etc..

I've stayed here a few times gotten the room with a jacuzzi tub. Staff is nice, rooms are clean. Free breakfast is great. Nice place to stay if you're not looking for a high end hotel it's a good value.

The room was ok but the pull out couch bed was so old and nasty looking. The room wasn’t bad but my sister in law comment they need to vacuum. The bad rating is mostly for the poor breakfast and customer service. It was at 7am, an hour later than weekday, and it was still a hot mess. I think they just don’t care at all. I ask the front desk lady to warm my coffee in the microwave. This show her how bad the breakfast area was that I had to microwave just to eat my own food. Nothing was done. It was until like 7:30 the food lady (one server) start to set breakfast which was scheduled at 7am. Everything was cold or out and they didn’t care. It wasn’t even that breakfast was bad, breakfast tastes good minus the biscuit (those were nasty), but they just didn’t care about it at all. It wasn’t until 9am when I went again with my niece that they barley got thing together and it end at 10am. I did like that the fridge work, the microwave work, they have hair and sofa in the room. Today when we came back to the room nothing was clean at all. I even saw the clean staff in the room and shock nothing was done. Not even the trash was taken out. Apparently you have to request at check in and they are suppose to ask but this never happen. But it strange that they go in and see the mess and just ignore completely. Overall not so bad but sadly the staff just don’t care about this place.

The breakfast is super low quality, the hot water for tea tasted horrible, like an uncleaned kettle or chemicals all two morning we tried it whole staying there. Room is OK for the price, but don't count on breakfast to be decent.

Friendly staff! Very quiet and there is a walking path for a morning walk. Didn’t stay for the breakfast due to timing but it smelled good!

Location is great , service is good , breakfast need improvement but rooms are clean and clear amenities are there overall good experience to stay

I stay in Comfort Inns quite often, probably a 120 days a year, This is the lowest quality Comfort Inn I've ever been in, it should be at a level of a Quality Inn if not in Econo Lodge. They did not have food out at the specified times, coffee pots for constantly empty, nobody knew how to make coffee, the public restroom in the lobby was dirty, one of the employees didn't even know how to turn on the waffle iron correctly. Highly recommend that in a place as busy as if they have a coffee machine and set of pots.
