My technician Anthony Telles was awesome. I had some issues with the company at first so I had to have him come out 3 separate times, and each time he was nothing but positive. The company can use some work but Anthony really made my experience better. He should be given a raise.

Saul was the agent from ADT. He was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. David, also came and confirmed what Saul had said. They were both very helpful. Their kindness was most appreciated .. I had been an ADT customer in the past and was happy to be back. I highly recommend ADT.. THANK YOU
