“I had an old pc that I thought was toast. Had accumulated serious grime during the time I used it, crashed so badly it would only stay on for a few minutes at a time, and then sat unused in a closet for six years. CJ had it cleaned like new in a matter of hours. And then, after I realized I couldn't remember how to get in, and none of the online tips worked, he was able to get past all that and give me access to my files again. So many things I considered lost that I was able to recover. CJ took the time to explain why my pc initially crashed, removed the offending failed piece of hardware, and got it running again easily. I haven't had a problem since. The office was also a very nice and professional space. I really couldn't be happier with the service, and CJ is a great, friendly and knowledgeable guy. He's absolutely going to be the first one I call if I ever need PC help in the future.”

“I hired The Geek Squad to install a dash cam that I purchased on Bestbuy.com. Here are the main reasons that make me want to give them 5 stars. 1) They honored their original quote. (When I ordered the item, the cost of installation was lower. By the time I received the materials for install, the install price went up, but I told customer service what I was originally quoted, and they honored it). 2) The Clovis Geek Squad was able to get me in right away. (The Fresno location was booked up for days). 3) The Geek Squad guys got my dash cam installed much quicker than their original time quote. 4) Their service was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend these guys.”
