My appointment was at 2:30pm and they got me in and out in 30 min. I was able to shop at costco while it was being done.

JASON L, was extremely rude with bad customer service. We went in and he was already giving us attitude and not listening to what we were talking about. All we were telling him was that we wanted new tires because our back right was flat. After getting the point across that we wanted tires, he storm off without listening again. He came back in, didn’t say anything. When we asked him if he saw or noticed the tire, he flipped the switch, got mad and started yelling at us saying we were being rude and that we act like we’re so smart and we know everything. He then tried getting another customer involved by telling and asking the other customer to agree that we were “rude”. This was extremely upsetting and we felt very belittled.

The tire center is the worst ever. It’s impossible to get a walk in and forget about making an appointment. I tried to call the administrative department to ask them what to do. I told the lady, who didn’t even introduce herself that the tire wouldn’t answer and she connected me to the food court. You might save five bucks on 4 new tires if you find the perfect sale but it’s not worth your time and hassle. Run away and Go anywhere else.

In all my years being a customer of Costco, I had never encountered such exceptional customer service as we did today from Jason at the Tire Center. I had an emergency with my truck's battery and I called ahead to see if they a battery in stock. He was quick to look it up and confirmed they had it. Once there, I mentioned I had just called and he remembered me and I was in and out within minutes.

Don't go here go to the one on Herndon and fresno instead. Came here to do a tire rotation and they gave me some bs about how I need to get new tires and how the warranty won't cover it.
I went to the Herndon and fresno one and they said it was perfectly fine. Just that I needs to be replaced in the future

I have been shopping here for years now I’m on the fence if I will ever shop at Costco again.
Punched a set of tires, we dropped the Acadia off with them. 1st thing that was concerning was when we picked the car up the guy pulled the paperwork and went to hand me the the keys then said you are Mark right? I feel anyone could have taken our car at this point.
My wife followed me home we live 1.5 miles from the Costco. I was getting the DOT number off the tire like the paperwork said and I noticed the outside tread on the front passenger tire in a 2” section was damaged. We went back to Costco and the person behind the counter said I will have the person that installed the tires look at it. He came back said there was no damage l, it was buffing compound! I stood my ground as I know the tire is damaged and no other tire in that place looked the same. So then I requested the manager. Jason looks at the tire and said it is damaged but that tire didn’t leave the store like that as he was the one who inspected and installed them. He told me that is the torque tire. He basically put the blame on my wife’s driving in 1.5 miles. I have never been treated so poorly by Costco associates before. I was told I have to wait five days for my options.
I can’t believe Costco would put people in charge that lie to their customers!

Worst Costco I have ever been to. Disorganized staff. Sofia in the deli was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. When I got here there were three lines I got in one and she yelled at me to get out of that line so I had to go to the end of another line when I was already in this line and she finished serving the people in that third line before starting on the line I was in. Then they ran out of pepperoni pizza so I had to wait even longer and made me wait to the side room about 30 minutes to get a slice of pizza. That’s my whole lunch break.

They ended up not getting my business even though I was looking forward to changing my tires at Costco. First time I called the guy was almost upset with me that I didn’t know my tire size, I told him I’d look into the tire options and call him back. Second time I called the next day it kept ringing and no one picked up, third time I called someone picked up and left me on hold for a good 15 mins so I hung up and called 20 mins later. Lo and behold they put me on hold again for a while so I finally hung up and called Les Schwab and got my tires done there. I normally love Costco but this experience was unpleasant.

You want better service then go to the one on Abby! This is why it's Clovis, rude and disrespectful employees. From the self checkout to grabbing my pizza was nothing but a shitload of a mess. The guy at self checkout seen that my hands were full so I could not pull my Costco card out to show him, dropped everything to the floor and had him help me pick them up. That served him right. Next up, I had paid for my pizza before I did my shopping so that way when I'm done the pizza would be ready. After 30 mins of shopping I'd figure it'll be done by now. NOPE! James needs to work on his customer service hence he's been there since 2015! Helped 2 people in front of me then left to do whatever he needs and does not come back to the counter. After 10 mins I asked the young lady that was working at the next counter and she had to ask James for permission to hand me my pizza. I guess he had to determine if I had waited long enough before giving her the ok to give me my pizza. Stay away from the food counter if you're absolute not patient!

A grown woman kept trying to cut in front of me while I was waiting in line for a slice of pizza that actually tasted worse than Little Caesar's. Trying to get out of the parking lot was a F-ing nightmare.

Unfortunate experience at Costco the supposed gold standard of customer service. I wanted to only purchase 2 tires but was turned away due to my tires ironically being 6/32 not the Costco recommended 7/32. I was told to purchase all 4 or nothing. So I went down to America’s Tire and had a great experience. My mistake for thinking Costco would be a better place to purchase tires.

They use to carry a variety of palm trees for same prices no matter the size. They have less choices of snacks such as chips... compared to sams club. Over all good deals on clearance clothing .
