I have a ceramic coating on my car, and I'm not supposed to take my car through car washes, so I was very happy to find a hand car wash that is also a drive-thru for when time is limited and I only have time to do a quick wash.

Great price for monthly wash especially a hand car wash. They do a good job I know it's not the best job ever but for the pay they could put a lil more effort and have better attitudes.

My wife and I both have new cars under 3500 miles. Today we went in after week of washing our cars last. They did a poor rinse missing the windshield all together. Then a new employee proceeded to grab a sponge and wipe the dirty windshield then with the same sponge start to wipe the paint that had no soap on it . Since there was still dirt on the windshield it transferred to the sponge then turning the sponge into sand paper . This action scratched the hell out of both of our new cars. I called and spoke to someone who said they would have customer service call me . I will update this post later after they assume responsibility or not.

They don't vacuum the car out you have to get out and do it yourself. If I wanted to do it I would just do it at home.

One of the worse car wash I ever been too!! Looks like nothing but little kids running that establishment. Warning don't go there not worth it !

Been going to this place for few months now, wanted to switch automatic car wash with hand wash since I've seen some damages with my previous carwash. (Better to do hand wash than automatic ones!) Never had problems with their services, some are very friendly others are just so-so, (a smile would mean a lot! lol but of course you'll never know how tired they are) cleaning my car alone tires me a lot! Tip is to fill up gas, and get discounts when you choose to do the carwash and most of the time I just do the cheapest one and save it for later when my car is still clean, you can save it for 30 days! Make sure you keep the receipt! They're ceramic ones are awesome too! Lasted me a month still looking shiny. Appreciate the guys out here, one time there were dried bird p*** all over my gf's car and we only bought the cheapest service yet they did their best to remove everything! Spotless! Sometimes I would buy them some drinks at the corner store while their drying my car, goes a long wayyy =)

I paid 25.00, the wash was was good but they did not dry my car very good. I asked the attendant if he could dry my rims and door jams. The young man was very nice but he said sorry can't because my manager is watching. I went inside to ask for a towel to do it myself and the man was very rude. I went home to dry my car. I won't be going back.

Terrible customer service. I recently had my company truck washed. I explained to the girl taking my payment, exactly what I wanted the guys to focus on, when they scrubbed my truck. When the wash was completed terribly, I asked to speak with the manager. The guy that I talked to was one of the guys that did the final hand drying. I showed him how the windshield still had debris from some bugs. I showed him the rear bumper where there was dirt residual. He arrogantly told me that they were doing me a favor by allowing my big truck to go through their carwash. He said they don't use scrub brushes. These guys apply no real pressure when they use the lathered towels. Needless to say I will not return. It's a waste of money. Avoid the business.

SCRATCHED NEW BLACK PAINT JOB1st time in today as im disabled and washing a Tahoe isnt easy.Read reviews first, seemed a safe bet..well they scratched my brand new black paint job!When I went back to speak w manager about the damages, he told me, oh no we didn't do that,This wasn't painted, we didn't do any of that.Every time I pointed out damages, he chuckled and said oh now it's over here too? Laughed then argued w me some more.Kept insisting that the damages were there before and I didn't have the Tahoe painted.I know for a fact that my BRAND NEW 5000$ BLACK PAINT JOB, did not have these scratches.Turned into an argument, when he finally said he would take pics and send to his boss,Didn't document all the damages though.Overall horrible experience.Should have been a decent exchange when I came back to discuss the damages incurred, instead I got the worst cust service I ever had, argued with, and basically called a liar.AM NOW WAITING to hear from the owner about how, if at all, they plan to resolve the damages.Most likely can be buffed out/cut and polished.If not resolved satisfactorily, I will take this matter to court.Don't risk your vehicle's paint job by bringing it here.Just do it yourself if you can, or go somewhere else.

I wish I took a before pic. My explorer was filthy from multiple coast runs, a wedding at a winery in BFE Lodi wine country, taking an uncle home on his dirt road in North Fork, and every bug in between stuck to it. It’s so pretty and shiny now. They dried it thoroughly so I didn’t have to worry about water streaming down the sides when I took off. It feels like it’s been a long time since it’s been this clean. Thanks you, guys!
