I have always used cricket as my provider and I went to the cricket store in Clovis today where Carlos and Nay helped me. They worked on my phone and answered every question I had. They were so professional yet friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I've always had positive experiences in this store but today was the best.

Nay did an extremely great job. Not only did she help me with transferring and an upgrade but she also helped 2 other customers. She worked like a robot and successfully helped everyone. Id recommend this location and definitely rate it 5 stars

Everytime I go in the store .. the girl who works in there always has a attitude that she doesn't want to do her job .... A suggestion is to go to another store fore anybody who needs to pay a bill or any other type of service you need ... This last time I was told to come back in 15 minutes she was taking a break

Nayeli helped me with multiple questions I had and sold me 2 phones I had been looking for, and even let me stay later than the store hours because my phone update would have messed up if I left the wifi before it was done installing, very very helpful and sweet, great service thank you nayeli!

I've been very happy with cricket.I was with them for a few years then one of my employees needed a phone so to get new phones I transferred over to T-Mobile. That was the worst thing I ever did. The were charging me fees for having fees. I finally came back to cricket. Boy am I glad I did. Cricket is stress free and straight forward with charges.Nothing hidden.Keep it up cricket!!

I got my service turned back on after almost a year and the lady That helped me was very patient and kind. Her name was Nayeli! Thank you very much for helping me it took a long time, but you made it happen!
