Bought some appliances from Clovis Appliance and they recommended I call Custom Appliance Installation (they gave me their card), but I was told to leave a voicemail and they would get back to me within 2 weeks. Called on May 22nd and left a message, no response. Called a second time on June 24th and STILL have not gotten a response.

Steve came to my home didn't listen and then argued with me. He brought another worker who was sick! He cut my cabinet and left a huge gap. He wouldn't leave until I called the appliance store with a credit card number so I could pay for the unit. I finally did that and told them to get him off my property. Don't use this guy!!

Steve and his son installed a new wall oven for me. They were replacing about a fifty-year-old wall oven. They had to do some carpentry work to get the oven to fit. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them for any appliance installation.

Simply outstanding service! I will use Custom Appliance Installation again in the future--Steve and his Team are the best! I ordered a trash compactor from a local "big box" store only to discover that they don't install the appliance, they just sell it! I opted on Custom Appliance Installation after reading about their excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Steve, the Owner, Kris, his assistant, arrived exactly on time and went right to work. Steve called me enroute to let me know his exact location so I knew almost to the minute when they should be arriving. Steve and Kris removed the old trash compactor and hauled it away along with the packaging of the new compactor, too. They were done in no time. Steve's pricing is more than competitive. I am very pleased with the professionalism, skill and cost of Custom Appliance Installation. They'll install any appliance, no matter where you bought it. Check 'em out--you will not be disappointed!
