They are one of those companies that are hiring less and less people so if you really need some help you will have to wait The same person is stalking the shelves as is in the pharmacy as in who will check you out. No just kidding the pharmacy is a different department and they are usually good if you want to ask questions. They need to differentiate between the hours of the store and the hours of the pharmacy they never do that. And it's hard to find out the pharmacy hours over the phone or through Google many times I need the pharmacy and the store is open but the pharmacy is not. On the store floor many times you can't even find the employee which is not their fault they're working way off in the far corner stalking shelves and they're supposed to do check out as well it's absolutely ridiculous that behemoth company like this would be so cheap with their employees. it's actually sick. For the first time I went through the long process of trying to fill out a customer service form with CVS the app is broken clunky and malfunctioning adding to the typical CVS frustration. The upper management doesn't even know what it's like to be in one of their stores. This is happening all over the country where they're trying to maximize profits for their shareholders but doing not much for their customers. A very short-sighted company strategy.

I went to pick up my prescriptions inside the store. I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacy until today. Danae was the most rudest person I've ever dealt with. She was giving me attitude because my barcode wasn't ready for her to scan and was acting like she couldn't just ask for my name and birthdate. It was a very unpleasant experience. Her attitude and demeanor was unprofessional and provided poor customer service.

At the Shaw in Miniwawa location I always have a pleasant experience with all staff inside of the store. The issue that I have is with the pharmacy staff and with the pharmacy having our meds on time and then if you try to call to guarantee that you’re meds are going to be in because if not, then you’ll get deathly sick or psychotically ill They say oh yeah it’s in stock now but who knows if it’s gonna be in stock in two days They don’t treat you with any kind of kindness empathy. They’re very rude about everything. It’s sad Cvs pharmacy has gone down significantly and if I could find another pharmacy that was closer to me that wasn’t packed like Costco is I’d be switching because it is sad.

I waited outside the store for 15 min till they opened at 7am cause I needed meds and formula for my infant. The drive to the next CVS 24hr was 15min away so I figured I'll just wait the 15 min till this one opens since I was already here. I ended up leaving to Walmart instead. Disappointed. Another customer is waiting as well...

Walked in to CVS today (Father’s Day Sunday) and literally waited almost 30 minutes for an employee to come to the back of the store and get me detergent that was locked up. I press the help button 3 to 4 times and NOBODY came. I went to the pharmacy to ask them to call someone and the they did. They announced someone needed help at the detergent AND STILL NOBODY CAME TO HELP. This use to be my favorite CVS. Not anymore. The funny thing was, it wasn’t even busy. The store was practically empty. There’s no excuse for laziness. Waiting 30 minutes and still no one comes to help is ridiculous. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I absolutely love shopping at the CVS on Shaw and Minewawa. The store is always well stocked and clean. And they have wonderful, helpful employees like Laura to help you, she's like a breath of fresh air. She's always helpful, happy, and joyful.

Being from out of town and in a hurry in this unfamiliar store I was pleased by the attentive person who stopped stocking the shelves to assist me locating items.

Sorry to say I've hd make major complaints
I don't know the pharmacy staff, but they are not qualified to work with medication , nor are they qualified to deal with public.
I agree with other people posting reviews.
CVS needs to replace this staff & get pharmacy staff that are qualified & diffenately hv people skills & care .
Degrees don't mean a thing unless the person with the degree is serious & shows it.
Shame on CVS for allowing this kind of judgmental, degrading pharmacy service
This pharmacy staff GOTS TO GO!

First of all, this is the second time you sent a survey about a store. I’ve never been to. I use the one on Herndon and Fresno. All prices are way way way too high. If not for my prescription drug coverage being through CVS, I would never ever shop there. Sorry, but it’s true. Thank you for letting me share this.
