I love their costumer service. All staff and pharmacist are always willing to go the extra mile for people. What I love the most is the CVS reward program and coupons!! I save a lot on my purchases. Worth the monthly $6 dollars

It is BEYOND me that a manager would let the ENTIRE pharmacy take their lunch at the same time. As a manger I would let half of the team go on their lunch and then let the other half go once the first half had their lunch. Not saying people shouldn't take their breaks but making it an inconvenience to the people doing business with the us company is ridiculous. I took my lunch to grab my meds and now have to come back later to get them. What is going on with their management??? ***updated*** Every single time I use this pharmacy I regret it. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this location. From management not knowing how to properly off set the lunch schedule so that there is always someone working the counter as well as being extremely unprofessional this place is a headache all around. I've never had such an issue trying to get a prescription refilled in my entire life. I would highly recommend the company do some investigating and QC at this location. The gossiping about customers is pretty rude too. You would think that people wouldn't comment on your medicine or make assumptions about someone that just picked up a particular medication but you would be wrong, especially at this location.

The worst pharmacy in Clovis by Far! Extremely rude, unprofessional, and judgemental. My doctor sent a prescription electronically the pharmacy techs immediately judge you without knowing your diagnosis, stated they are waiting on a preauthorization. I contacted my doctor the doctor stated it was complete. I return the following day, they then tell me we dont have that medication in stock, there's not telling when we will get it ask for a different dosage. I contact my doctor again, the doctor sends in a different dosage the same day electronically. The following day I return, a different tech is now telling me I need a new authorization form for this medication which is a lower dosage also stated in a very Unprofessional tone, "you cant keep switching pharmacys we see you typically fill at walmart" I've never switched before not sure where she came up wjth "keep switching" then proceeds to lie and state they never received the new prescription after my doctor confirmed they sent it. Rather than being upfront and honest telling you they believe they know more than my doctor and assuming they know my diagnosis and dont feel comfortable taking a lawfully obtained prescription they make you go through hoops in order to doscourage you from continuing to meet their requests as well as lying to avoid doing their job! Dont waste your time!

Pharmacy did not have two medications I really needed in stock. They claimed no CVS in town had either medication. When I tried to get CVS to fax prescription to Costco pharmacy they refused to send a fax. Icing on the cake with how bad this place is.

The worst automated service around, it takes so long to get a hold of a live person at the store. I don't use the pharmacy so why would you go on and on about the pharmacy?! Make it simple!

I give CVS on Ashlan 5 stars. They are always so helpful and the store is clean. The pharmacy notifies when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I’ve always found them to be helpful. They also answer their phones which in these days is rare. I recommend CVS to everyone. Even when we’ve been out of town and forgot prescription drugs they were able to work with the CVS pharmacist to help us. I’m a very happy customer.

Terrible phone manners of not listening to the question and overtalking the caller. When I questioned her in the same manner of speech, the pharmacist (tech) hung up on me. Wow!!! I'd give no stars if the review offered that option

This pharmacy is terrible. I've been getting the same prescription for the past 16 years and this pharmacy continues to mess with me. This last time was the last straw. I received my medicine and half of the capsules were halfway full. I realize there's nothing I can do because they can simply say that I took some of the medicine or someone close to me took some of my medicine but that's not the case. It just sucks to have something prescribed to you and then they want to cheat you out of your proper dosage.

Just know their posted pharmacy hours are wrong! Really irritating to have a prescription sent there only to show up and find the pharmacy closed. If the hours were correct I would have had it sent elsewhere so I could start my medication tonight.

Waiting time too long … they lost my medicines couple of time and after that I never received and they update status it’s filled. Sometimes they made me to wait 1hr to locate the medicine. Very bad service. Higher authority need to pay attention on it… it’s really important this cvs is worse at all from every point of view. 1hr 18 min wait this visit.
