Tina was very rude, my card was expired and needed to be updated and she charged me a $20 fee for paying one day late not knowing my card had expired. Very useless lady with attitude and careless customer service when I’ve been at this storage facility longer than she has worked here. Had to setup auto pay 3 different times cuz she couldn’t get it right but wouldn’t budge on crediting my account

Great experience with Laura during our search for a 10x20 unit, and even better experience once we made it onsite to reserve it and get signed-up! The unit was clean and ready for us to move our stuff into. The only reason it's not 5-star is because there's NO onsite bathroom for the customers, only a port-o-potty, and though clean, the INTENSE heat inside while trying to use it was nearly enough to make us pass out (akin to being in a sauna with your clothes on)... quite UNBEARABLE! There should be NO REASON not to have a proper bathroom for customer use!Note: We were told the port-o-potty is cleaned every Thursday and we arrived on a Thursday afternoon.

Super nice couple. I was able to look at a unit to determine if the size would work for what I needed and signed up for it and was in an out of there in 30 minutes or less.

Was greeted by Elden and his wife and provided with a key to check out the storage unit. Within 1/2 hour I had chosen the unit, signed a 6 mo lease and sold a padlock to put on my unit! Thanks!

Friendliest and smooth experience of all time! From the initial phone call conversation down to getting the unit keys in person I could not have asked to been served by any finer people. Storage unit was excellent size for my needs and very clean. Highly recommend this location especially for their unbeatable prices!
