Judy was informative and helpful over the phone and Larry was great to work with when we visited the office. Clean unit, inside and out. Felt like all security measures were taken. Really appreciate these two people and their honest efforts.

Honest and helpful people working here. I paid my bill in cash and 2 one-hundred dollar bills were stuck together, appearing as one. I didn't notice and neither did the kind cashier lady. But the next day she called to tell me she had discovered the error and that I should come get the extra one hundred. Not everyone would be that honest! I'll continue being a happy customer for a long time, I'm sure.

Dirty office -- when I walked in I was struck by the odor of the place. Smelled like the staff hadn't taken a shower in a month and the floor was filthy. Staff was incompetent and couldn't answer the simplest questions. Disorganized -- the desk and files were all over the place. Extremely rude and brusque and took forever to fill out simple forms. Not a good place to rent storage; go to one of the other facilities. This one needs new management!
