Car at Dick's for 9 days, not including 2 weekends. Too long. I felt the cost a little pricey. The car seems to be running well. Maybe a little too early to tell. Office personnel are very friendly and informative.

This is a clean and organized shop. The diagnosis listed my specific concerns in detail and suggested additional items that were due or required attention. The repairs were successful and as quoted. The cost was reasonable.

I was referred to Dick’s Auto Group by American Discount Tire for emergency overheating on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator. They gave me a comprehensive diagnosis for about $250. The quote was quite pricey and I didn’t want to pay triple of what another well known shop in the area charged me. So, I took my vehicle to that other mechanic shop (BMG Automotive Group in Clovis) and was satisfied with the work. Not a bad review, but more of my personal experience and current needs. I would not doubt that they would’ve done a great job as well (ie 3 yr/36 mo warranty), but for my situation I needed to look at other options.

Felt assured and confident that they new what they needed to do with my transmission problem I was experiencing. Customer service was exceptional. Can't comment on the work performed, time will only tell. Though they did provide a warranty on the work performed.

I called to get a quote, which is pretty standard. They refused to give me one. I told them I would understand if more cost would be added based on parts needed and they still refused to give a quote saying that they don't want to set an expectation. Meaning, you have other customers who have already complained about being quoted one price and charged another. Then you want to charge $350 for diagnostic, which you will not roll into cost of repair, when an authorized Maserati mechanics in Walnut Creek, and Los Angeles charge $299 and roll into repair. It's not about cost with me it's about service and trust and I can tell from conversations with multiple people I spoke to that they are not the most trustworthy group.

Mario worked on my car and got a lot done in a few days. The team is efficient- the process of breaking down the services and fees is interesting- all electronic as they send you pictures of the parts that need fixing in your car along with the pricing of the services and you decide if you want to approve it then and there or decline the service. The technician also calls you and goes over anything you want to discuss in the review.
I felt safe there as a woman and will go back in the future.
