I appreciated everything they did for me! I found my new auto place. The two gentlemen in the office, went out of their way for me! Above and beyond! I will say! The mechanic's wow!! They gave me information on my vehicle that no one else has and they were able to find out the issue right away! I feel very lucky to have ran into a trust worthy and a great customer service team. Thank you so much guys!!!

Good price. They did not have specific tire I needed but they had them the same day ( within 3-4 hours). Once I bought my wheels in they mounted and balanced them in less than an hour. Excellent service!

Each time I have been to that location I was greeted and provided excellent service ! Heathe was the advisor that helped me and very attentive and explained everything in detail. Prices were cheaper than some of the other competition out there as well. Wait time wasn’t bad at all both times I was there. Highly recommend visiting that specific location!!!

This is my go to place for many things. The staff is always polite and helpful. I had an issue after oil change and they immediately resolved it. I had my cv axles and wheel bearing done here and have not had any issues with it since. They also changed my timing belt at the same time. Honestly I hadn’t paid no mind to my timing belt and wouldn’t have even known it was on it’s last leg if they hadn’t of been so thorough in checking everything and I appreciate that about them. They take walk in cases but if you can make an appointment that would be a better use of your time because they get you right in asap.

This location used to be ran by a complete idiot but since new management, everything has been going right for my appointments. I trove 25+ minutes just to get my car serviced at this location.

I was treated with respect, friendly professionalism, and timeliness. The manager in charge was very helpful with suggestions. I previously purchased a set of four tires and more recently a set of two tires at this store. In the latter purchase, I saved one of the used tires as a spare in my trunk. When I visited to have an oil change, I asked if I could switch out the older worn tire with the extra tire in my trunk. I was told they could not do that unless I bought two new tires. Nor would they perform a rotation and alignment unless I made a tire purchase again. I don't know what the laws are here in CA but I did not understand why they could not switch the tire out since I originally bought all those tires at that store.
