This has not been worth the headache. Being told one thing then another and having to go back and forth to the dmv and eecu. This isn't worth the rate they give and I'm damn glad I didn't move my accounts.Every person I speak to blames the person before them. The level of incompetence I've dealt with the loan department is crazy. They've finessed more money out of me then it would've cost going with someone else with a higher rate. It's baffling.

Wow, I will NEVER bank with EECU. I simply went in to ask if they could break a bill, because, you know, it's money, kinda their "thing" right? Well the lady looked at me disgusted and said "we only do that for members". I looked at her in disbelief, "you can't exchange money?". Like I get that there may be policies in place that I don't know about but the snarl on her face and complete lack of customer service blew me away.

Was on my way out of state and stopped to use this atm and the touch screen malfunctioned and it kept my card. What a nightmare! How do they not make sure their arms are fully functioning now I'm the one inconvenienced.

The construction in the area makes it hard to find parking. The outside ATM machines are often broken. Today was the second time I had to go to another branch because the outside ATMs were not in order.

Today my husband and I got the most patient , helpful teller at EECU ! We're in our 70s and were needing help with our online account. Isabel took time with us and patiently explained everything so well. We really appreciate Isabel!

Used to be great service about a decade ago. Service with a personal touch turned into being treated like a number. Hell to deal with the fraud department and forget asking for anything in good faith. They don't look at things case by case. You're a number to them. That is all.

I enjoy banking with EECU now I am certain that there are several branches that have allot of heavy traffic and long lines. But then there are your little branches such as the one I go to in Clovis on a little downtown street called Pollasky and a wooden statue of Festus of Gunsmoke and once local resident image still stands in front of EECU building. Now when I say building it's pretty small and you'll probably miss it the first time you drive looking for it. You can literally walk in and walk out within no more than ten minutes and complete your transactions. Love this place and I try to avoid visiting the big branches as much as possible.
