They kept us updated along the way and apologized for the inconvenience. They really took care of us and owned the issue and ultimately fixed it, can't ask for more and highly recommend them. “Needed 2 batteries for my 14 Honda Accord, did a Google search for batteries, went to three different stores that google stated were in stock only to find nothing in the kiosks.
Came across Batteries Plus on the web search, went down there, was helped by Kou. He immediately handed me 2 batteries, made sure they were the correct ones, even installed one for me. He also advised me that my key fobs did not need to be re-programmed, they would synch right up, which they did.
