Customer service was really good as well. I don’t know if it’s an ongoing deal, but making the appointment online got me a $10 discount. That was nice too.”

“I am pleased with the service I received from the counter girl to the tech that tried to help me with a ps4 console. The tech powered up my console and tried to fix it right then and there! (It was stuck in safe mode and he tried to reinstall the software hoping to send me home with it same day.) However, he ended up diagnosing the console with needing a new hard drive; at which point it was checked in and he gave me a 24-48 hour turn around ETA. The $80 price (+$50 for the diagnosis) seemed reasonable to me considering I had no idea where else I'd take it to, and replacing it with a used one could come with the same or worse issues. Almost exactly 24 hours later, my console was ready to be picked up, and it works like it's brand new. Based on that one experience I will be back for any future diagnostics or repairs I need.”
