“Great service! Very professional service provided by David and his colleagues. I had my PC with multiple issues. Had no display on the monitor. The Computer was running VERY slow most likely due to a failing hard drive. The hard drive was replaced with an SSD and the data was cloned over to the new drive. All issues resolved as promised and ahead of time. David even added four more RAMS. With NO increase cost. He exceeded my expectations and provided great customer service! The device is working faster and more reliable! Will definitely use their services again if needed. I highly recommend U-tec!”

“An honest repair man! What a novel concept. I contacted him after being told my tv could not be repaired (without looking at it) and he was able to come to my house same day. He let me know up front the diagnostic visit would be $65, which I happily paid. He looked at my tv, took pictures of the serial number and told me he would get back to me with a quote within 2-3 days. The next day he called and gave me the quote to fix just the button and to fix the motherboard as well. He told me I may want to look into replacing the tv given the hours already on it but told me to think it over and call once I decided what I wanted to do. I ultimately chose to not repair the tv since it still works and the cost to replace the tv isn't much more than repairing it. When I replace the tv I will be calling Gennadis back and I held on to his business card.”

“Decent selection. Seems like the sweet spot when I went in was ps2 and Xbox 360 era games. Went in looking for ps1 games, not a great selection, mostly old sports games. But I understand these places get product cycled in so definitely will check back. Prices are a bit higher on some games then if you were to look online but you pay for the convenience of picking it immediately.”
