I went to this salon again for a hair cut and style. They charged me double the price it was promised. I was not given a call before the appointment for an updated price. This shop is not honest. I am not going back again.

This salon was once an amazing salon. I asked for chunky highlights on fine hair. My hair was so over processed it broke off. From shoulder length to chin length to cut off most of what was damaged.

I loved going to Elle when Lindsay was there. She is a great stylist and did an incredible job running the salon. The salon felt upbeat and inviting during her tenure at Elle. When I called in one day last year to set a new appointment with Lindsay, I was completely shocked to hear she was no longer there. While I may not have all of the details related to the matter, it does not take a genius to figure out she wasn't the problem. It seems obvious to me it was related to the owners. I say this based on my personal experiences at the salon and having been a long time client of Lindsay. I would never knowingly do business with anyone treating employees poorly. Therefore, I would never in the future go back to Elle Style Bar. I also thought it was tacky that I received a call from the salon in which the caller was attempting to lure me away from continuing to work with Lindsay. That call cemented my beliefs that the problem wasn't Lindsay.

It was my first time for haircut. They were not welcoming at all. My appointment was pushed back and been waiting for my turn . I didn’t even know who was my styler. I was told she is still working on the client. I didn’t get the good vibes there and left the salon without haircuts. Customer service is bad . I felt discriminated.

I travel for work and needed a haircut badly. Heather was able to get me in within a day and was amazing. Very sociable, gave me great tips and gave me exactly what I wanted!

If I could give this place and my stylist more than 5 stars I WOULD! It can be really hard to find someone I trust to cut my hair… someone who understands my hair texture and how to cut it to best frame my face while giving natural volume. But Stacy is my go to gal! She really understands my hair texture and is extremely attentive to my vision each time I come in for a haircut. I am SO glad I found this place and more than willingly drive from 2 hours away to get my hair cut here. I just recommended this shop to a friend and realized I should actually recommend it to the larger community!

I GIVE ALLIE , 10 stars ! I'm very happy how my hair was done, the salon setup is cozy and chic , the girls are very friendly also, Allie explained during my consultation the process and recommendations. She did a gray blend job because I'm growing out my gray and stopped dying my gray . She made it come and pleasant experience and results amazing compared to before. Highly recommended her and Elle Style bar and salon

Just love this salon! The staff was friendly. Ally my stylist was easy to talk to and easy to relay my ideas for an update on my hair. Not so much a change but to tweak it and make it better. She has a lot of talent and training and was able figure out my hair perfectly!

I have been going to barbers my whole life and sometimes would be lucky and get a descent haircut for $40. With a wedding in a couple months I decided to head to Elle’s on the recommendation of my fiancé. I made an appointment with the hopes that I can get a real consultation for my face shape and hair type and style ideas to really take my hair to the next level. Insteps Dylan. A young wizard that some can only describe as a magical being that is beyond his years. This young man gave me the best haircut I have ever had! He took his time and sculpted my hair whilst talking about the best styling and product recommendations. I walked away with a AAA+++ haircut and some great tips! Ask for Dylan. He knows magic.

My review is not based on myself, but on my wife.
She's been going to Elle for the post 6 years (might be longer), and she's never left disappointed!
The staff is amazing! Greeting you the minute you walk in, checking you in right away and offering you a beverage while you wait for your stylist.
Speaking of stylist, Erin is AMAZING! She's been my wife's stylist since she's been going their, and she is a master of her craft! Knocking it out of the park every time! Sweet, kind, funny, bright, and very knowledgeable of her craft.
Hand down, Erin and Elle are highly recommended! You will NOT be disappointed!

I had surgery so was not able to shampoo or style my hair. I booked an appointment last minute and was able to get someone. The salon is located in old town Clovis, which gives it a charming vibe. The use good quality hair products and that is a plus. The stylist was nice and polite, however, my blowout didn't last at all. By night time I had no style and it was my birthday. I have had many blowouts that last days this one not even one day. Prices are not cheap and supposedly I had a master hairstylist.

I loved coming here to see Lindsey and am so grateful I found her now that she's moved to the Louis Vargas Salon! She's absolutely exceptional and I'll follow her wherever she goes!

For someone with post cancer, hypothyroid, very thin hair, this has been the only place that has been able to cut my hair without much products to look thicker. I'm very happy.
