I will not be returning. I paid for an engine air filter replacement which they did not replace. Once my car was retuned to me, I noticed that it was making a noise when I pressed the gas. When I checked under the hood, they didn’t close the engine air filter and it was completely empty. This mistake could have caused other damages. I went back the next day, they were nice about it and put a new one. But unfortunately, I do not trust them anymore.

Our check engine light was on, so we came in. They checked it for us and, since nothing was the matter, they didn't ask for a penny! My family has been taking our cars here exclusively for as long as I can remember, and I recommend it.

Been going here for years. Today, for the first time, I pulled my car up and all the people working did the “don’t make eye contact with him” thing, ignoring me. I hate that. So off I went, rather than be ignored, longer. Hope that was a isolated incident.

Every person who works on cars knows what a green cap on tires mean. The men treated me like a stupid woman when I called and asked why they put air in my tires. It's supposed to be nitro! They tried telling me air won't hurt. Well my car is driving like crap. So now I have to pay more money to remove the air and replace with nitro. And to top it off they are just plain rude!!

These guys are very fast. They checked everything. I went in when it was about 100 degrees and they were polite and easy to talk to. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

First visit. Great experience. I decided to go really quick because I have been pushing off getting my oil change, came across Express lube and decided to go check it out. Glad I did! I was greeted right away! Very friendly! For it being 5 pm, I was expecting it to be busy and having to wait but got in right away. Seriously only took maybe 10 minutes for them to change my oil and check everything. I got my recommendations on what needed to be replaced. They thoroughly explained everything to me. For being a female I definitely didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Was told a price up front and that's what I paid. No hidden fees or extra. Overall really impressed and happy that I went. Highly recommend!
