Paul with Ferrell Gas is the best delivery person ever. He knows we have dogs and contacted me that he would be delivering to our home that morning, fairly soon. This gave me ample to get the dogs secured in the house before he arrived. Paul is always kind, courteous, respectful of property, and is a pleasure to speak with - I'm so glad I got to see him this time. If all Ferrellgas employees are like Paul, then they're a lucky company!

The propane delivery drivers are good; however. When I tried to leave a request for the next delivery driver with the company customer service person answering the phone, she was rude and not cooperative. Made me think of changing propane companies.

Very rude service, my tank is running out. Their response was, " go to a hotel". This is after I tried to order before I got to this point and was told it was too soon and had to wait until my tank got lower to place an order. Their phone center is out of state and they will not connect me to the local office. I have little ones at home and just hoping we can keep our heat on.

I can not say enough bad things about this company.My story with this company is kinda long. Just a quick example: When I finally got completely feed up with them, I had the tank replaced with one from another company. The tank was unhooked, and placed at the front of the property to make it easy for them to pick up. The came and got it a few weeks later, after several requests. Then they sent me a bill for $90 for picking it up. Yep, for getting their tank. That is what you can expect from them.Save yourself a lot of headache and go with another company.

Ferrell Gas is probably the worst company I have ever tried to work with for propane. Their internal communication and customer communication is horrible. I asked for an assessment to see if my current tank could be switched out for a Ferrell tank without damage to property. Bryan Heath completely screwed up on coordinating the service call by not providing clear direction to local crews who filled the tank, which is clearly marked as belonging to another company. Furthermore they provided no advanced communication all three times they came to my property and all three times scared my wife by wandering around unannounced. They only called as they left each time despite repeated requests to provide advanced notice. After admitting that they made a mistake and assuring me that Ferrell would resolve the issue Bryan now has not returned calls, email, or messages for over 4 weeks. But he did send me an invoice for the gas, which again I did not request. BEWARE!!!
