Had 3 contractors bid on my work and decided to go with Fine Built. Would recommend them over and over. We faced multiple challenges with design throughout and I must say we (my wife) were very picky. Chad worked with us and we are so grateful for his work. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets we purchased through FCS and the installation process. They look great in our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. They really bring it all together. On the rare chance that family or a neighbor has safely (masked) popped-in to visit they have been awed by our kitchen. We really appreciate Chad for his design and recommendations. His father, Drew, was also amazing to work with! His install was perfection. Thank you for making our home "new" again! Attached pics are of the bathroom. Before we moved in and now. We will post a completed kitchen picture soon.

Chad stopped by my residence to take a look at my kitchen remodel. FCS responded over a week or so with renderings of the layout and a couple of estimates. Eddie followed up with me serval times. They are professional. They communicate and they want to earn your trust and business. Although I didn't get a chance to hire them for my project I would highly recommend them. No mask wearing during the pandemic.

What a professional! We were working with a contractor (ICON) to remodel a room, and they introduced us to FCS and Chad for our cabinet needs. Actually we wanted to replace the usual cabinets with drawers to fit the length of the new room (emphasis on storage that was lower, not higher ~ kinda like an entertainment center). The work also included enclosing a refrigerator at one end of the counter, which was beautifully finished off with a 2-door cabinet above it. I only wish I could post a picture of how gorgeous my "cabinets" look! The drawers have Blum Legra full extension slides with soft closures (like butter, they close!). They can hold a substantial amount of weight ~ 2 bottled water flats, no problem. They are sleek, impressive, functional, and they are simply the centerpiece of this new room; they are that beautiful. There was a glitch in the order: the drawer handle pulls were not included ~ not in the invoice, nor in the delivery. Ooops! Here's the professional part: Chad noticed it, said "My bad," then ordered and delivered the handles at his own expense! Everything was on-time and perfectly installed. Chad is great at what he does and it was a pleasure working with him.

Although I did not purchase anything here I have to brag on this company, specifically Chad Ratzloff. I emailed him regarding a quote for cabinet filler and I believe he replied about an hour later. I know nothing about cabinets or what I needed and Chad was extremely knowledgeable. He told me what to look for and was able to help me get the exact model and color. After multiple emails going back and forth, he explained to me that cabinet filler may not be the right decision for me in the long run. I was shocked. I don't know many people who would take that much time to explain a product and know I was less than knowledgeable about what I needed, and not swoop in for a sale. I so appreciate his knowledge and honesty! I will come here for future cabinet needs and would highly recommend to anyone looking for cabinets, you won't get sold something you don't need! Excellent customer service and great team! Thank you guys !!

If you, the consumers, read Chad's response to my previous rating, it's still our fault. It was our fault that we created all the delivery delays. It was our fault that we couldn't get along with a disgruntled Home Depot employee that Chad hired on the side. It was our fault that Chad had to pull his dad out of retirement to do "Chad's job" for Chad. It was us that lied about everything. Not once has Chad mentioned, "I dropped the ball. I take full responsibility for my screw ups." Instead he drags a huge rug to sweep anything and everything that belongs to him under it. "Maybe" he'll eventually man up and own to his mistakes in the future, which I highly doubt it. As for my wife and I, he left a sour taste that turned horribly bitter.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, so a kitchen remodel is like having open heart surgery. We discovered FCS Cabinets in Clovis, and they helped us with a very successful new heart in our home! Professional and yet personal, they guided us through the decision making process to a new kitchen that fits who we are! Their showroom is helpful with models you can see and put your hands on. They were always available if we wanted to drop by and talk about a question or a new idea. Through these visits and visits to our home, they were able to help us come up with the kitchen that suits us. Thank you Chad and Paul, we are so happy with how it all turned out!
