Shady. My wife and I took her car here a few weeks ago for an oil change. We had a $30 coupon for a full synthetic oil change. We notified them of that prior them getting started. We come back after it is ready and again tell them that we have a coupon. The man said that it was already figured in. We get the total and it was $84. I simply asked him, "so, you charge about $114 for a full synthetic oil change?" He kind of stammered and said that's pretty much what it is. To make matters worse, they don't hand you the receipt, they email it to you. We confirmed her email address but never have gotten the receipt. I've called them and I've messaged them online, but she still hasn't gotten it.
So, basically, it's one of two things: they charge over $114 for a full synthetic oil change, or they are holding our receipt hostage because they don't want to show us that they did not honor that coupon. Either way, we will not be going back.

I’ve never wrote reviews like this before but if you want to bring your car here, PLEASE DONT. All the staff fool around while I had an appointment, and I was waiting over 2 hours while I watch them in the lobby giggle and not work on a single car that was in the bay. It’s ridiculous. What’s the point of having an appointment? They will also OVER CHARGE YOU! There’s a reason why this place is only 3 stars. I doubt anything will change in this place. None of the managers/supervisors hold their tech accountable. OVER PRICED, LONG TIME WAIT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Go somewhere else!!!

I’ve had good service here before. Which is why I go back. But I don’t think I will ever be going back. It’s gone downhill. They don’t listen to what’s wrong. They lie about time spend on your vehicle. And they charge you for time they “think” is spent on your vehicle. If you take your vehicle there, set a timer from when they drive your vehicle in and when they finish. I was told my vehicle was being worked on for hours when in fact it had been less then 50min, counting the time the technician stopped to work on another car. Which was about 20min.

The past few times I took my car for repair, I have had to bring it back for in complete or incorrect work. Tires, alignment, oil change, brakes, struts are fine. If you need anything other than what I listed find someplace else.

Horrible service would not recommend to my worst enemy. Firestone should really restart with a brand new staff everyone at this location is horrible can't even stay open the hours they are supposed to. They tell you a time to pick up car you show up 15min early and they are closed what kind of clown show are they running. Then management runs when you show up the next day to avoid dealing with the issue...THEY REALLY DESERVE 0 STARS

Do NOT take your vehicle here for service besides oil change and tire replacement ONLY. Take your vehicle to the FRESNO one, they know what they're doing, NOT HERE.

This place suck had an appointment at12pm Call them around 10:30 and say they wasn't bz told me they could get me in if I come in early then I waited more then a hour prior to my 12pm appointment and I'm still waiting Full of crap The guy I talk on the phone was Daniel
