July 4, 2023 Update: Future Ford of Clovis still has not returned my 95 Mustang GT. They have had it since October 2022; They have made excuse after excuse as to why they have not repaired and returned my Vehicle. I don't even call anymore, and they don't call me.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIR. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Perhaps, one of these days they will call me, or by some miracle, return my repaired vehicle to me. Management reads these reviews, and yet nobody has reached out to me, or even replied on this site. So sad, Future Ford of Clovis. Shame on you. How you remain in business is a mystery to me.PLEASE REPAIR AND RETURN MY VEHICLE. I AM OUT OF PATIENCE.

Update: I am still waiting on the repair of my vehicle (95 Mustang GT). It's been nearly a year, since October 2022. I don't whether to laugh or cry. I'm tired of being upset. All I can do is warn others to not do business with Future Ford of Clovis. I am hoping that one day they return my car repaired. It's a Ford Dealership, shouldn't they know how to repair their own brand. So sad that I am being treated this way.

POTENTIAL CLIENTS BEWARE of Future Ford of Clovis: I took my car to get checked for a leak and shaking. I got charged 250.00 for diagnosing a leak and another 250.00 for diagnosing my car shaking. I was told that it would be covered under warranty. I was told that it would be highly unlikely that we would actually have to pay the diagnostic fees. When I returned, Future Ford of Clovis said that I had a leak in a radiator hose and that it was not covered in the warranty. They said the shaking was due to my wheels and that it was not covered by the warranty. The diagnostic fees are also NOT covered by the warranty. QUOTE FOR REPAIR:- 560.00 to fix a leaky hose -850 for a set of tires.-250 for diagnostic fee #1-250 diagnostic fee #2These are predatory tactics by Ford and all its dealers. I would be weary of doing business with this dealership. They will use deceiving tactics to not uphold their warranty

My review is strictly related to the service dept. I get multiple vehicles serviced and I travel a great deal for work. I used to bounce around to different dealers until I found Samantha Clement at Future Ford. She always makes it easy to get my vehicles serviced. She is always patient with my questions and never makes me feel rushed. I love having a service advisor that keeps me informed and anytime I need service she makes it super easy to schedule and come in. If you need your vehicle service give Sam a call at a Future Ford!

Update: it's been almost 2 months and my bumper, grille, and license plate are still damaged. I have, however, been getting biweekly updates from them, but it's never any good news. It's the same thing everytime: "Replacement parts are on back order". I know that can't be controlled, they're at the discretion of the manufacturer, but I still shouldn't have to be going through this if they never would've damaged my car in the first place. It's embarrassing to be driving around with a damaged bumper and I fear that further damages can arise (loose bumper flying off), if it's not taken care of sooner rather than later. I hope I'm not getting the run around in hopes that I "forget about it". It's such an eyesore to have to see the damage every single day: a reminder of the horrible care they took of my car.

tDrove by to check out their new line of vehicles since the dealer lot is full. To my surprise vehicles are still 8k mark up. Ehat the heck! it doesn't look like they are having a shortage. salesman came out and I ask him why the mark up you guys are full. Salesman smiles and says that's what they start. This dealership is greedy.

Best place to shop for a car I'm a first time buyer and got myself a minivan the Honda odyssey for my little family everything looks beautiful inside and out best purchase I've ever got if your in need of a car I know the best person who can help his name is Brandon he will help you out literally the nicest person to talk he has great customer service great response on answers and questions if you need anything so if your at ford looking for a car he is the person to go to ask for Brandon So happy with my car
