ReviewI’m not one to typically write reviews, but my experience with the service department and sales department has been so terrible i want to warn anyone away from this Dealership.Overall, my truck spent 3 months at this dealership, was damaged by mechanics twice, and had terrible communication. My family and I have always bought Fords but after this experience I will never buy another ford again. See below for the full experience:I brought in my truck to the service department hoping to fix issues with the transmission and suspension that were still under warranty, as well as a software issue with the front camera. It remained at the dealership for weeks and the first update I received was that a worker backed into my truck and damaged the fenders. I said I understood accidents happen and asked that they fix the damage caused, and they agreed to replace the fender.About 3 weeks went by and I finally got a call from my service advisor Alyssa letting me know that all the issues were fixed except for the fender since it was on order. So I went to pick it up and as I drive off the lot my camera error comes on and I hear a thud from the rear suspension. So the issues are not fixed. Couple of days later as I’m driving down the street I smell coolant and as I look under the truck I see that the technicians didn’t install the clamp that secures a coolant hose to the transmission so I had overheated my engine/transmission and had completely drained my coolant.I talked to my service coordinator Alyssa (who was the only helpful person through this experience and the one I could consistently get a hold of) and she helped me use fords towing service to get it back to the dealership. I never received confirmation from the dealership for at least a couple days that my vehicle arrived, and after a week of waiting I called the service manager to ask about the status and he had no idea my truck was even at the dealership.After another week of no progress, I went to the dealership in person and saw my truck was in the back of the lot and had not even been looked at yet. So I went into the store and talked to the service manager, He explained how busy they were and that the stalls were all full for repairs. We talked it through and he was able to start the process to look at the transmission.I was so frustrated due to the lack of care and quality with Ford and the dealership I tried to make a deal with the Sales department since they were interested in the truck. I explained that I was over owning the truck and will never own a Ford so if they wanted to make deal I was interested in selling it to them. After a week of negotiating with them we came to a price range that I thought was reasonable. The sales manager told me that he would speak with his boss and get back to me. I waited a week and a half for a txt or a call but nothing. Turns out the sales guy was on vacation. So I finally get a call telling me that my truck is ready. I walk into the dealership thinking that I’m about to sell it to them and they walk up to me and say “ we’ll the markets changed since so here’s 5 grand under” I couldn’t believe this…. Anyways I drove off. Camera still not fixed. They told me the suspension clunk was because a tech forgot to tighten a bolt, like seriously guys come on. So that’s at least fixed. Anyways that’s my “experience” with Future Ford of Clovis”I haven’t been taken seriously during this whole thing until I said I was writing a review.So now, three months later, I don’t have all the issues fixed, I have a damaged fender, and a Powertrain that I don’t trust. Do yourself a favor and consider heading across the street to Toyota or Chevy before considering buying a car here, because it is clear they do not care about their customers.

The service from Samantha is a 10/10, she’s great, very helpful and goes above and beyond. The reason for 4 stars is for the rest of the service department, I went to pick up my vehicle and Samantha wasn’t available, understandable, but I stood around for almost 15 minutes without anyone else acknowledging me (I was literally the only customer in there) there were about 5 other service people at their desk. Finally I went up to a lady and asked “Do I HAVE to wait for Samantha?” She said no, had me sign a form and gave me my keys. It was ridiculous. But Samantha’s customer service will keep me coming back!

Very Happy with the car buying experience. My Salesman Brandon was very professional and never made me feel pressured in any way. We were able to make a great deal with lots of perks, never had to haggle to get what we wanted. This dealership has earned a long time customer and I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to get into a new ride.

I had the best experience at Future Ford! The salesman Chris Benincosa has helped me with multiple vehicles. It is evident he has been in the business for as long as he has , 34 years at Future Ford 20 years. He has made all of my experiences purchasing smooth and efficient. He listened to me, worked with me, and got me a great price on my vehicles. I will always go to Chris. He gave me time to make my decision and encouraged me to talk to my wife which I really appreciated. He cares about his customers and took care of me from start to finish. Adam Shelton the general sales manager helped make the process smooth and navigated the process seamlessly. He answered all of my questions and worked on my behalf. We love future ford Future Ford is the best in the valley for how they treat their customers. My family and I will keep returning.

I had a safety recall on my Class C RV on a Ford E-450 chassis. They took my rig in, completed the safety recall issue, and performed an oil change (at my request) that came in $50 cheaper than the estimate! My service advisor, Lindsay, was excellent to work with too! Great customer service! Thanks Future Ford!

Love the service and my Service Advisor: Troy. Future Ford is leading the pack when it comes to good automotive repair. I love the Lyft rides home and they deliver my vehicle to my home after repairs are completed! Troy is not Superman, but he disappears and ensures what needs to be repaired gets repaired without adding unnecessary items. He’s one of the best when it comes to taking care of Future Ford Customers!

A+ service center!Angie was incredibly helpful, especially for an appointment made an hour in advance. She gave me more information and feedback about my Bronco than any other dealership has across the country.Greg in the parts department was also incredibly helpful with locating a back ordered part and what to do in the meantime.Whole process reminded me of why I go to the Ford dealership for service

They were able to schedule my service quickly and also able to accommodate a time change. The service reps were friendly and answered my questions.Troy wasn’t happy with the car wash so he had it run through again before sending me on my way!

I showed up late to my appointment due to first day of school traffic, I was greeted with a smile and told no worries "we got you" the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable and assured me that my service would be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. She gave me a time window and I was super happy when she called before that frame ended. Great service, great staff

Such great service! Everyone is so friendly especially Alyssa in the service department. She is absolutely wonderful, always making sure our car is taken care of and in a timely manner with a smile on her face no matter how busy they are.

Went in to Future Ford to order a 2024 maverick. Order almost finished but then I got hit with the old market adjustment for a new order. Extra $5000 if I wanted to continue with order, guess my order is taking away from the dealers allocation of vehicles. Stay away unless you enjoy paying a market adjustment on a special order, there are at least 4 other Ford dealerships within 30 minutes of Clovis. First and last visit to Future Ford. I feel like I'm being generous with 1 star.

July 4, 2023 Update: Future Ford of Clovis still has not returned my 95 Mustang GT. They have had it since October 2022; They have made excuse after excuse as to why they have not repaired and returned my Vehicle. I don't even call anymore, and they don't call me.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DON'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIR. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Perhaps, one of these days they will call me, or by some miracle, return my repaired vehicle to me. Management reads these reviews, and yet nobody has reached out to me, or even replied on this site. So sad, Future Ford of Clovis. Shame on you. How you remain in business is a mystery to me.PLEASE REPAIR AND RETURN MY VEHICLE. I AM OUT OF PATIENCE.
