This is the WORST company to ever buy a car from recall after recall they made us put over $5000 for the past 4 years into my Kia soul and told us this year they would replace my engine as we have kept up with everything and it fell under warranty then last minute want to blame us as they do not keep records on file when provided the past 2 times and said they deleted what we provided and now cannot fix our engine! After Erick called with rude comments and about how it is our fault that we don’t have a cabinet with records from 2018 (even though they deleted this information we provided) made it seem like it was our fault with no help just rude! When I wouldn’t let them take apart my engine for $675 I decided to just take my Kia elsewhere when i went to pick up my Kia they ruined my brakes and my Kia had a HUGE crack on the windshield the guy at front desk said he didn’t see it which shows what type of shady people work here. No call no nothing to follow up on that as he said he would have the manager Nathan call me which he never did it’s been day 3 still waiting for a call in regards to that. So not only do I have an engine to replace myself I now have to replace my brakes ($80) windshield (+$800) and my engine ($3000-$4000+) corporate was just as horrible as the dealership I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I am beyond happy with my new Ford explorer thanks to Mike and Victor. Mike really took the time to show us multiple vehicles he was honest and knowledgeable. Victor really went above and beyond to get my family the best deal possible!! We will definitely come back in the future and will highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. Worst service department in all of Fresno. Eric Staffer will belittle you, get aggressive and hang up the phone on you. They will not help you or your vehicle but will definitely take your money and time.

Anthony Montoya was my salesman. I visited Future Kia and other dealerships several times over the past few months. Every time I went back to Future Kia, I reached out to Anthony. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone they took almost a month to fix a recall on my Kia Niro and less than two weeks after I got it back, it had another problem and now they’ve had it for a month. They don’t communicate with you. You have to call or show up in person to get any information about your vehicle, they’ve given me multiple dates when my vehicle should be ready and it has not been ready by any of those dates I even called them once to see if I could come pick up my car and they said yes, and when I showed up they told me it wasn’t ready yet

Johnny was amazing! I came in to test drive on a rainy day and he made the entire process for me so easy! It’s been a while since I’ve purchased a car but this was an easy process he made me feel like I was a family member and I would definitely recommend anyone to come see him to help you purchase a car!
