I really don’t know where to start. Dealing with this company was a complete and utter disaster. Brought a 2015 Panamera in for 3 different things. 1. Oil Change. 2. Diagnose why check engine light was on. 3. Fuel lid not working properly. Sat down in office with Shane to discuss. Signed an estimate that he wouldn’t exceed $500.00 without prior approval. Next day at work I received a text that had 3 repairs. 1. Oil change $189.00 that I accepted. 2. Fuel door and check engine light. Which was due to O2 sensor not working because of fuel lid issue. The total was $1100.00!! I declined everything except oil change. I talked to him on phone later that day. Said as a teacher I couldn’t afford that much. His response was I would need to pay $600.00 for the diagnostics. Which is odd, because I declined those jobs. So I’m the end I paid $500.00 for an oil change. Terrible communication and very misleading.

I called to see if I could bring my BMW that day and they took me in right away and diagnosed it and did the work with a low cost. They sent me estimates to my phone to approve or decline and everything went great and got it back the same day.

Brought my bmw z4 here because it didn’t pass smog due to several codes. Shane looked it over and was able to get the issues fixed. He could have charged me but he didn’t because he said he just had to reset a few codes and the car was fine. He had me come back a few days later so that he can scan it to ensure that it would pass smog. I went back a week later and sure enough it was ready for smog and passed. This really won me over, hard to find honest mechanics that won’t rip you off or one that wouldn’t have charged atleast for their time regardless of how easy the fix was. I also needed my AC repaired so it was a no brainer to come back and have him do the work for me. Hopefully I wont need his services anytime soon but if I do I wont hesitate to give him my business. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good mechanic and an honest one that won’t rip you off.

German Auto Werks has phenomenal service. They regularly care for both our family cars, and I completely trust them to keep us moving! On top of that I had a recent issue they diagnosed and fixed without an appointment to get me to an out-of-town obligation the next day. Having previously taking my vehicle to the dealer for maintenance, this is a night-and-day difference. German Auto Werks are attentive, knowledgeable and I trust their quality with my family.

German Autowerks kept my BMW wagon going for 16 years. They always called me and let me know what was wrong and told me how much it was going to cost. They got my BMW back on the road as soon as they could. They also took care of the regular service. They always checked to let me know what could be a future problem and the condition of the bakes, belts etc. They are very polite and never made me feel that like some mechanics in the past that I could not understand what they were telling me.I think that once you have them fix your car that will be extremely satisfied with the quality of their work.

I bought a used car from a family member out of state. They checked out the car and found only one minor issue. They also did the 60,000 service (expensive) since it had not been done. They have a great text system that tells you what needs to be done, you get to authorize or decline and the. They start the work. The guys were very personable. I need a license plate on the front of the car since I live in CA. He checked for a part but it was $500. Rather than buying that, he suggested I do some searching for something cheaper. I will go back there.

DON'T GO HERE! I thought this place did me right but got 200 miles into my road trip and my brand new brakes started grinding. Had to take it in and the shop found that German Auto Werks didn't put one of the bolts that hold the breaks together back or they did not tighten the bolts all the way so it backed itself out. Lost a day of my trip and had to pay to get it replaced! It also wore the roters the wrong way. Very unhappy with this place.

I had checked a few places to find out about replacing the brakes on my Audi. The owner Shane was so accommodating and honest. My car was done within a few hours and the cost was half as much as a tire shop. You know a place is trustworthy when you see other German vehicles in the lot. Will definitely refer people!

My first time experience was great, Shane is very knowledgeable and upfront. This shop is professional and has left me with confidence that my vehicle would be repaired properly. They have a text service for reminders, diagnosis information and completion. Servicing your car doesn't have to be stressful!
