We went last night. Looked at 2 sets of body jewelry but ended up picking just 1 set. Told them just that. We were shocked thinking the item was $33.53! Then they handed us both sets of jewelry. We told them no we didn't want that we said just 1. The younger boy then gave attitude saying "Well you guys handed it back to me" I mean of course we have to! After looking at products you have to hand items back. But we Also told you not theses just those! Then the older man kept telling us he can't refund us that he rang it up already he cant. To just take them. Can't take an item that doesn't even fit on the body. That's pointless. Then saying best he can do is store credit. This was very unprofessional. A mistake on their part. That I felt should have been an easy fix.

I went in to have batteries changed for an expensive Movado watch yesterday. My husband check his watch later in the evening and found the dial was broken. Went back today to tell the owner of what happened to the watch. He denied that he did it and blame it on me that I broke rhe watch not him and refused to fix the watch. DO NOT GO THERE AT SIERRA VISTA MALL!!!

Sold me a fake gold ring !!daniels jewelers checked it and had two other store do a test in it! Guy still said it was real and that fresno gold coin were liars even though they did a test! Gave my money back but poor customer service especially that lady! She tried getting crazy and tried saying i just wanted my money back even though i had thier bracelet on and wasn’t returning that item. Said im not welcome back which is funny to me cause I wasn’t returning!! Be careful doing business here
