They helped me on the spot and I thought at the time they were doing me a favor. I can honestly say that I'll never be back to do any business with these crooks! They ripped me off and I paid almost $500 to replace a battery in my car. I will never do business with these crooks again!

Great service. Friendly staff. Accurate time estimates for performing jobs. I took my car in for alignment check after hitting a huge pothole that gave me a flat tire a few weeks ago. The tire was replaced but my dealership auto service never bothered to check alignment when they replaced my tire. Jordan showed me the report prior to getting my permission to go ahead and fix my car's alignment (I also got an email and text with the reports before and after the alignment was done). He said 15 to 20 minutes more to complete the task and he was right on. Only thing is there are no appointments so get there early. I was there just before 0730 opening time. By almost 0800, the waiting area was filling up. The previous day I tried to get in after 0800 but it was too busy to get my car in right away. My husband also had a favorable experience when he had tire pressure sensors changed. With decent prices, reliable, friendly service, I recommend this business.Service: Wheel alignment

This Clovis location (Herndon/Sunnyside) performed unauthorized work on my wife’s vehicle that she did not permit and proceeded to charge her for said work! Earlier this month my wife took her vehicle in for a slow leak, tire repair. Goodguys charged her for the repair she requested. A few days later her car warned her of a low pressure tire. The exact same one Goodguys allegedly repaired. She called to notify them of this continuing slow leak and they told her to bring her vehicle back in and they would take a look at it. She took it back in to the shop and dropped it off. When they called for her to pick up her vehicle, they charged her a second time for a repair that should’ve been done right several days before. When my wife asked why there was a charge, they told her it was a new leak. Had this been true, they should have given us the opportunity to authorize a “new” repair that ensued another charge prior to performing the work! We were led to believe that they were going to fix the repair that may not have been done properly the first time. There was no mention of the potential for another charge by anyone when we dropped off her vehicle the second time. It’s best to provide your customers with the option to authorize new work prior to doing it and forcing the charge upon them. It was a very unprofessional experience that left us questioning the company’s ethics. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere.Service: Tires

My car needed a new battery and they offered me a premium one with a 4 year warranty for $130 more than a standard one that had a 3 year warranty. I got the premium one. When I picked up the car after it was installed they said it was a 3 year warranty on it. I don’t recommend this place. I’ve had problems with them before.

Above and beyond.I used to go to a place that rhymes with "fine-stone", I gave up on them even if I had unlimited lifetime alignments.Goodguys not only aligned the car properly but also literally straightened my steering wheel, something I didn't know anybody would simply do out of the kindness of their hearts.Service: Wheel alignment

Alternator went out Friday afternoon as I got into town to visit relatives. Not a lot of places open on Saturday and I could not wait until Monday to get the issue fixed. Barry was super friendly and helpful when I called early Friday evening. I had the car there when they opened on Saturday morning and they had the car fixed and ready to go by mid-day. Huge relief and the Good Guys helped me experience very minimal interruptions to my weekend plans. Thanks Good Guys!

Saturn Vue needed tires replaced and A/C maintenance. Ryan and staff are very knowledgeable, and they were honest with me on pricing and their recommendations. They knew that I wasn’t going to be keeping the car for too many more Fresno summers so we considered options. I didn’t have any additional work done, but when I left, the car was driving so much more smoothly on the new tires, and the A/C was blowing night and day cooler than it was when I dropped it off. I will start out by saying I didn't give them the opportunity to do the work based on what I was verbally quoted and what I would consider unprofessional in the way thing we're handled. AC needed service and the guy said "anywhere from a couple hundred to the expense stuff." He wanted to look under the hood and deduced, "Yep, the expensive stuff." Was quoted $500-$600. Not knowing what this should cost, I asked for an appointment. Instead of going Into the office he pulled out a small notebook and got my name and year of car. That's it!Found a place in town that specializes in AC. Was able to get it in next day and saved at least $200!

I took my car here for AC service. They replaced the compressor in my 15 year old car in a timely manner and I used a 10% coupon on the bill. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times with a few different cars and the work is really fast and well done. Form oil changes to ac repair.I do like Les Schwab but the prices for their tires are a bit out there, both places are worth getting quotes on what you need.

I believe he said his name is Ryan. So incredibly rude. I watched this man come in and request an oil change. The lobby has several customers in it. He proceeds to loudly tell him they will not do an oil change because his car has too many issues and it's a liability. I felt secondhand embarrassment for him. Why was this not discussed in a more private setting or in a lower tone? The man left looking down on his luck as he walked away. Why would someone set out to purposely humiliatesomeone? Ryan acted like the shop was too precious for a broken car. I understand liability, however I also understand respect. To make matters worse Ryan was boasting to his coworker, Barry, about what took place and how he "told" him, while smiling all along about it. To make matters even more worse, I believe Ryan is a supervisor as he sat in his office most of the time. It's disgraceful and disgusting behaviorJordan is amazing with customer service, hevsmiles, he's friendly to customers.... he should be the front person in charge.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon. I was having issues with two of my tires. I desperately needed one tire replaced and the other one needed a patch.I had an event out of town to go to and wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make it.When I walked in I was greeted with great customer service.
