I was waiting outside after checking in. However, the person working there on 8/8 (not Marie) evening, pushed other people ahead of me. I had checked online, and I was next on the line. What’s the use of checking in if the number is not honored. Everyone is busy and has things to do.:

I had Elle as a stylist. She cut my hair, and after I had left and it dried I realized it was NOT what I was looking for. I went back about an hour later, and she was able to see me right away and fix my hair. Thanks so much Elle!

I went here and left with the worst haircut of my life. With all due respect the girl cutting my hair had no clue what she was doing. Gave me something completely different than what I asked for. I knew I was cooked when she made me hold my hair so she can use both hands on the machine. Horrible horrible situation, horrible service, horrible cut please don’t go here

Well, I went to a Supercuts to get my haircut and because I have thin hair after waiting 45 minutes to be seen was told your hair is too thin. I can’t work with that. I left in tears. I waited a while couple weeks went to great clips where they treated me like I was normal they cut my hair with no problems. It was a great experience
