I had an amazing experience at Hedricks Dealership. Jason was very helpful with the whole process. He would do everything in his power to make sure I was take care of and even take time away from his days off. The rest of the staff were helpful and welcoming to my wife and myself. If you ever need a car talk to Jason Valles, he will take care of you. Overall Hedricks is the place to go!

Bought a truck here a few months ago and they only had one key for it. The salesman Chris said he would try and ask for it. I followed up after a week or two, he said he forgot and would check. I called and texted again and didn’t hear back- I called and apparently he quit. I talked to another salesman about it and he said he would work on it and let me know. My fiance went in after like 2 weeks and talked to someone and they said they would look into it. Another two weeks. Called again and they said they would look into it. Then they sent me an email, and I responded with the issue, and they said they would look into it and let me know. Ended up giving up and got a new one for $300+, but you have liked to hear back from them, even just saying that they aren’t able to find it…
Besides that, the sales people were all very nice and the process to buy was pretty easy.

Blake Hedrick has always been very helpful. I’ve purchased vehicles here and my family has as well. Blake was even kind enough to give me advice on a different vehicle I purchased elsewhere. I have been a customer of Hedrick's Chevrolet multiple times. I have purchased three vehicles from Hedrick's over the years. Two different Chevy Silverado pickups and one Chevy Trax. Not only were all three vehicles GREAT vehicles, but also Hedrick's Chevrolet has been outstanding when I had need of their service department.. All employees were courteous, knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. This includes all departments, sales, finance and service departments. I moved from the Fresno/Clovis area to Oregon six years ago and am still driving the same vehicle I purchased from Hedricks. I plan to return to the Fresno/Clovis area soon, and when I need my next vehicle, I will promptly head to Hedrick's Chevrolet to obtain that next vehicle. Thank you, Hedrick's Chevrolet for your awesome service over many years! Keep up the great work!
